Terms and Conditions of this Purchase Order

1. This Purchase Order is issued by Salon & Hairdresser Supply Co. Sdn. Bhd., a registered company in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur, and constitutes a binding agreement upon acceptance by the supplier. All goods and services referenced herein are intended for use in professional hairdresser operations within the Kuala Lumpur metropolitan area.
2. The supplier shall deliver all items listed in this Purchase Order to the designated delivery address in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur no later than the Required Delivery Date stated above. Late delivery beyond five (5) business days shall entitle the buyer to cancel this Purchase Order without penalty and seek alternative supply.
3. All products must comply with the Standards and Industrial Research Institute of Malaysia (SIRIM) certification requirements and the Consumer Protection Act 1999 of Malaysia. Professional hairdresser equipment must carry valid electrical safety certification (MCMC/SIRIM) prior to delivery.
4. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of the supplier's tax invoice, subject to satisfactory inspection and acceptance of all goods upon delivery in Kuala Lumpur.
5. The supplier warrants that all hairdresser products, tools, and equipment supplied under this Purchase Order shall be new, unused, free from defects in material and workmanship, and shall carry a minimum manufacturer's warranty of twelve (12) months from the date of delivery.
6. In the event of damaged, defective, or non-conforming goods upon delivery, the buyer shall notify the supplier in writing within seven (7) business days. The supplier shall replace or repair the affected items at no additional cost to the buyer within fourteen (14) business days.
7. This Purchase Order is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia Kuala Lumpur.
8. The supplier shall provide a valid SST (Sales and Service Tax) invoice in accordance with the SST Act 2018 of Malaysia. All prices quoted in this Purchase Order are inclusive of applicable SST unless otherwise stated.
9. Any amendments, modifications, or cancellations to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by both parties. Verbal agreements shall not be binding.
10. The supplier acknowledges that the goods procured under this Purchase Order are for the operation of a licensed hairdresser and beauty salon business in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur and shall not be resold or redistributed without prior written consent from the buyer.
