Terms and Conditions
- This Purchase Order is issued by Estilo & Belleza Hairdresser Studio, a registered business entity operating in Mexico Mexico City, and is binding upon acceptance by the supplier.
- All Hairdresser equipment and professional supplies listed herein must be new, unused, and in original manufacturer packaging upon delivery to our premises in Mexico Mexico City.
- Delivery must be made to the Hairdresser studio address listed above no later than June 26, 2025. Late delivery will incur a penalty of 1% of the total Purchase Order value per business day of delay.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer (SPEI) to the supplier's designated account within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of confirmed receipt and inspection of all items.
- All products must carry valid COFEPRIS registration and comply with applicable NOM (Norma Oficial Mexicana) standards for cosmetic and professional hair care products sold in Mexico.
- The supplier warrants that all Hairdresser-grade tools and equipment carry a minimum manufacturer warranty of twelve (12) months from the date of delivery.
- Any discrepancies in quantity, quality, or specification must be reported in writing within five (5) business days of delivery. The supplier shall replace defective items at no additional cost within ten (10) business days.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the Commercial Code of Mexico and the applicable commercial regulations of the Federal District (Mexico Mexico City). Any disputes shall be resolved through the corresponding commercial courts in Mexico Mexico City.
- The supplier is responsible for all packaging, handling, and transportation costs within Mexico Mexico City. Items must be delivered in a manner that prevents damage to professional Hairdresser equipment.
- This Purchase Order may be amended only by mutual written agreement signed by authorized representatives of both parties. Verbal modifications are not valid.
