Terms and Conditions of this Purchase Order
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made within 30 days from the date of invoice receipt via bank transfer to the supplier's account at Attijariwafa Bank, Casablanca branch. The Hairdresser establishment reserves the right to request a proforma invoice prior to final payment.
- Delivery: All goods listed in this Purchase Order must be delivered to the Hairdresser premises located on Boulevard Mohammed V, Casablanca, Morocco, no later than 29 June 2025. Delivery shall be made between 08:00 and 17:00 local time, Monday through Saturday.
- Quality Assurance: The supplier guarantees that all hairdressing products and equipment conform to the specifications stated in this Purchase Order and comply with Moroccan consumer protection regulations and the Moroccan Ministry of Health standards for cosmetic and professional hair products.
- Warranty: All electrical hairdressing equipment (hair dryers, flat irons) carries a minimum 24-month manufacturer warranty. The supplier shall replace any defective items within 15 business days of notification by the Hairdresser buyer.
- Acceptance: The Hairdresser buyer shall inspect all delivered goods within 5 business days of receipt. Any discrepancies in quantity, condition, or specification must be reported in writing to the supplier within this period.
- Currency: All amounts in this Purchase Order are denominated in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD). No foreign currency conversion shall apply.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes arising from this transaction shall be resolved by the competent commercial courts of Casablanca, Morocco.
- Validity: This Purchase Order is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. If the supplier cannot confirm availability of all items within 5 business days, the Hairdresser buyer may cancel this Purchase Order without penalty.
- Local Sourcing Preference: Where equivalent quality products are available from local manufacturers in Morocco Casablanca, the supplier is encouraged to prioritise local sourcing, particularly for argan-based hair care products and natural ingredients specific to the Moroccan market.
