Terms & Conditions – Purchase Order for Hairdresser Operations in Philippines Manila
- This Purchase Order is issued by Manila Hairdresser Supply Co., Inc. for the procurement of professional hairdresser equipment, tools, and consumable products to support salon operations across Metro Manila, Philippines.
- All items listed in this Purchase Order must comply with Philippine Bureau of Standards (BPS) regulations and carry valid Philippine FDA clearance where applicable, particularly for hair color products and chemical treatments used by hairdressers in Manila salons.
- Delivery shall be made to the designated warehouse in Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines. The vendor is responsible for all transportation costs within the National Capital Region (NCR). Delivery must be completed on or before June 27, 2025, to allow adequate setup time before the new hairdresser branch opening.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the vendor's designated account within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of confirmed delivery and acceptance of goods. The vendor must submit a valid Official Receipt (OR) and VAT invoice as required by the Philippine Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR).
- All electrical equipment (hairdryers, steam machines, LED mirrors) must be rated for 220V/60Hz, the standard voltage used in the Philippines Manila region. Items not meeting this specification will be rejected at the point of delivery.
- A warranty period of at least twelve (12) months is required for all mechanical and electrical hairdresser equipment. Consumable products (hair color, extensions, care bundles) must have a minimum shelf life of eighteen (18) months from the date of delivery.
- The vendor shall provide a detailed packing list and delivery manifest at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. Manila Hairdresser Supply Co. reserves the right to inspect all goods upon arrival and reject any items that are damaged, defective, or non-conforming to the specifications stated in this Purchase Order.
- In the event of partial delivery or substitution of items, the vendor must obtain written approval from the Procurement Manager of Manila Hairdresser Supply Co. prior to shipment. Unauthorized substitutions will result in rejection of the affected line items.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from this transaction shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Metro Manila, Philippines.
- All communications regarding this Purchase Order shall be directed to the Procurement Department of Manila Hairdresser Supply Co., Inc. at the address stated above. Verbal agreements are not binding; all modifications must be documented in writing and signed by both parties.
