Terms & Conditions of this Purchase Order
- This Purchase Order is issued by Al-Nour Hairdresser, a registered salon and beauty establishment operating in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- All items listed above are specifically procured for professional hairdresser use within the salon premises. The supplier warrants that all products comply with the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO) regulations and carry valid certification for sale in Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
- Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon confirmation of this Purchase Order, and the remaining 50% within 14 days of successful delivery and inspection at the hairdresser location in Jeddah. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account in Saudi Arabia.
- Delivery must be completed no later than 30 June 2025 at the hairdresser address stated above. Late delivery beyond 5 business days entitles Al-Nour Hairdresser to cancel this Purchase Order without penalty and seek a full refund of any advance payment made.
- All equipment and consumables are subject to a minimum 12-month manufacturer warranty. The supplier shall coordinate any warranty claims, replacements, or repairs directly with the hairdresser management team in Jeddah within 48 hours of a reported defect.
- The supplier is responsible for proper packaging, safe transportation, and on-site installation of all capital equipment (styling chairs, wash basin stations) at the hairdresser premises in Saudi Arabia Jeddah. Installation must be completed and verified by the salon manager before final acceptance.
- All consumable products (shampoos, colorants, developers, masks) must bear a minimum shelf life of 18 months from the date of delivery. Products with Arabic labeling are mandatory for retail display at the hairdresser counter in Jeddah.
- This Purchase Order becomes binding upon written or electronic acceptance by both parties. Any amendments must be documented in a written addendum signed by authorized representatives of both Al-Nour Hairdresser and the supplier.
- Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent commercial courts in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in accordance with the Saudi Commercial Procedure Law.
- The supplier shall provide a detailed tax invoice (Fatura) compliant with ZATCA (Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority) e-invoicing requirements for all transactions processed under this Purchase Order.
