- This Purchase Order is issued by Strand & Shear Hairdresser Pte. Ltd., a registered Hairdresser and beauty services company operating in Singapore Singapore, and constitutes a binding offer to purchase the goods and services listed herein.
- All items specified in this Purchase Order must be delivered to the Hairdresser premises located at 128 Orchard Road, #04-22, Singapore Singapore 238849, no later than 28 June 2025. Late delivery beyond the stipulated date shall incur a penalty of 1.5% of the total Purchase Order value per calendar day of delay.
- The supplier, ProStyle Hairdressing Supplies (S) Pte. Ltd., warrants that all Hairdresser equipment and consumables supplied under this Purchase Order shall be new, unused, and in full compliance with the relevant safety and quality standards mandated by the Singapore Singapore authorities, including the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act and Workplace Safety and Health Act.
- Payment for this Purchase Order shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of receipt of a valid tax invoice. The Hairdresser company reserves the right to withhold payment for any items found to be defective, damaged in transit, or not conforming to the specifications outlined in this Purchase Order.
- All Hairdresser equipment items (Items 1, 2, 4, 8, and 9) shall carry a minimum manufacturer's warranty of twelve (12) months from the date of installation at the Singapore Singapore premises. The supplier shall coordinate any warranty claims directly with the manufacturer on behalf of the Hairdresser company.
- Delivery of all items under this Purchase Order shall include professional installation and setup at the Hairdresser salon in Singapore Singapore. The supplier's installation team must be scheduled in advance and shall not disrupt the ongoing Hairdresser client services during business hours (10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Saturday).
- Any amendments, cancellations, or modifications to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by both parties. Verbal instructions regarding changes to the Hairdresser supply order shall not be considered valid unless confirmed in writing within two (2) business days.
- This Purchase Order is governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Singapore Singapore. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore Singapore.
- The supplier acknowledges that the goods purchased under this Purchase Order are intended for use in a professional Hairdresser environment serving the public in Singapore Singapore, and therefore all products must meet the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and professional quality expected of a licensed Hairdresser establishment.
