All hairdresser equipment and supplies listed in this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the premises of Colombo Prestige Hair & Beauty Salon located at No. 42, Galle Road, Colombo 03, Sri Lanka. The supplier, Island Hairdresser Supplies & Equipment Co. (Pvt) Ltd., is responsible for safe transport, proper packaging, and on-site installation of all hairdresser stations, washing basins, and electrical equipment. Delivery must be completed no later than 28 June 2025. The three-day professional hairdresser training workshop shall be conducted at the supplier's training facility in Colombo 10, Sri Lanka, between 23 June and 25 June 2025, and is included as part of this Purchase Order.

This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order relating to hairdresser services, equipment, or supplies shall be resolved through the courts of Colombo, Sri Lanka.
The supplier warrants that all hairdresser equipment and products supplied under this Purchase Order shall be new, of professional salon grade, and free from manufacturing defects for a period of no less than twenty-four (24) months from the date of delivery in Colombo.
Payment of the full amount of LKR 2,537,708.00 (Two Million Five Hundred Thirty-Seven Thousand Seven Hundred and Eight Sri Lankan Rupees) shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account within thirty (30) days of receipt of a valid tax invoice, subject to satisfactory completion of all deliveries and the hairdresser training workshop.
The supplier shall provide a comprehensive warranty certificate for all electrical hairdresser equipment, including hairdryers, flat irons, and hydraulic chair mechanisms, valid throughout Sri Lanka.
Any delay in delivery beyond the stipulated date of 28 June 2025 shall attract a penalty of 0.5% of the total Purchase Order value per day of delay, up to a maximum of 5% of the total value.
All products must comply with the Sri Lanka Standards Institution (SLSI) regulations and the Consumer Affairs Authority guidelines applicable in Colombo and the Western Province of Sri Lanka.
The supplier shall provide a minimum of two (2) years of after-sales technical support for all installed hairdresser stations and equipment, with response times not exceeding forty-eight (48) hours for any service call within the Colombo metropolitan area.
This Purchase Order may only be amended in writing, signed and stamped by both parties. Verbal agreements regarding hairdresser services, additional products, or schedule changes shall not be binding.
The supplier shall maintain full insurance coverage for all goods in transit to the Colombo premises and shall bear all risk of loss or damage until the goods are formally accepted by the buyer's representative on-site.
Confidentiality: Both parties agree to treat all commercial terms, pricing, and business information contained in this Purchase Order as strictly confidential and shall not disclose such information to any third party without prior written consent.

By signing below, both parties confirm that this Purchase Order for hairdresser equipment, supplies, and professional training services has been reviewed, agreed upon, and is binding upon both the buyer and the supplier. This document constitutes a formal Purchase Order issued in Colombo, Sri Lanka, and shall remain in full force and effect until all obligations herein have been fulfilled.
