The Hairdresser team is expected to arrive no later than 08:30 AM on the scheduled service date. All on-site equipment, chairs, and tools required for the Hairdresser to perform their duties shall be provided by the vendor at no additional cost to the buyer.
Method: Bank Transfer (BACS) to the supplier's nominated account.
Terms: Net 30 days from the date of this Purchase Order or receipt of a valid tax invoice, whichever is later.

- This Purchase Order is issued by Meridian Corporate Wellness Ltd. and constitutes a binding agreement upon acceptance by The Gilded Comb Hairdresser & Salon Studio. All services and products described herein shall be delivered in accordance with the specifications set out in this document.
- The Hairdresser and all associated staff members engaged in the delivery of services under this Purchase Order must hold valid professional qualifications recognised by the United Kingdom government, including but not limited to NVQ Level 3 in Hairdressing or equivalent certification. Proof of qualifications shall be provided prior to the commencement of services.
- All Hairdresser personnel operating within the United Kingdom London premises of the buyer must comply with local health and safety regulations as set out by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) and the relevant London Borough of City of Westminster environmental health standards.
- The Hairdresser shall maintain comprehensive public liability insurance of no less than £5,000,000 for the duration of this Purchase Order. A certificate of insurance shall be provided to the buyer's procurement department prior to the first service date.
- All products supplied under this Purchase Order must be manufactured or sourced in compliance with United Kingdom cosmetic regulations (UK Cosmetics Regulation 2013) and must carry appropriate safety data sheets and ingredient disclosures.
- The buyer reserves the right to inspect and reject any goods or services that do not meet the quality standards specified in this Purchase Order. Rejected items must be replaced or refunded within fourteen (14) calendar days at the Hairdresser's own cost.
- Any amendments, variations, or cancellations to this Purchase Order must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. Verbal agreements shall not be binding. The Hairdresser must confirm any changes in writing within five (5) working days of the buyer's request.
- Confidentiality: The Hairdresser and all staff members shall treat all client information, employee data, and corporate details encountered during the provision of services as strictly confidential. This obligation survives the termination of this Purchase Order for a period of three (3) years.
- This Purchase Order is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, United Kingdom.
- The Hairdresser shall not subcontract any portion of the services described in this Purchase Order without the prior written consent of Meridian Corporate Wellness Ltd.
