1. Purpose of This Purchase OrderThis Purchase Order is issued by "Tashkent Glamour" Hairdresser Studio, a registered hairdressing and cosmetology business operating in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, to formally request the procurement of professional hairdressing equipment, consumables, and salon supplies from the supplier named above. This Purchase Order governs all terms, conditions, pricing, and delivery obligations between the Hairdresser studio (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") and the supplier (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") for the goods and services listed herein. All transactions under this Purchase Order shall be conducted in accordance with the commercial legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the applicable regulations of Tashkent City.

All goods specified in this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the Hairdresser studio premises located at 42 Amir Temur Avenue, Mirzo Ulug'bek District, Tashkent, Uzbekistan 100125. The Seller is responsible for safe transport, proper packaging, and installation of all equipment items (chairs, shampoo bowls, mirror stations) at the Buyer's location within Tashkent. Delivery shall be completed no later than 28 June 2025. The Seller shall provide a signed delivery note and a commercial invoice in both Uzbek and English upon delivery. Any damage discovered upon arrival in Tashkent must be reported to the Buyer within 48 hours of receipt.
4. Payment TermsPayment for this Purchase Order shall be made in Uzbek Som (UZS) via bank transfer to the Seller's designated account at a licensed commercial bank in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. The payment schedule is as follows: (a) 40% advance payment (30,185,920 UZS) due within 5 business days of mutual signature of this Purchase Order; (b) 60% balance payment (45,278,880 UZS) due within 10 business days after confirmed delivery and acceptance of all goods at the Hairdresser studio. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 0.5% per calendar day as stipulated under the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
5. Quality and WarrantyAll professional hairdressing equipment supplied under this Purchase Order must comply with the quality standards established by the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Standardization and Metrology. The Seller warrants that all goods are new, unused, and free from manufacturing defects. A minimum warranty period of 24 months applies to all electrical equipment (hair dryers, flat irons, curling irons, LED mirrors) and 12 months to all furniture items (chairs, shampoo bowls). The Hairdresser studio reserves the right to reject any item that does not meet the specifications outlined in this Purchase Order or that fails to meet the regulatory requirements of Uzbekistan Tashkent municipal authorities for commercial premises.
6. General Terms and Conditions- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Hairdresser studio (Buyer) and the Seller upon signature by both authorized representatives.
- All disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through negotiation first, and if unresolved, shall be submitted to the Commercial Court of Tashkent City, Republic of Uzbekistan.
- The Seller shall not subcontract any part of the delivery or installation without prior written consent from the Buyer.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters affecting Tashkent, Uzbekistan, shall temporarily suspend obligations under this Purchase Order, provided written notice is given within 72 hours.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Any amendments must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
- The Seller shall provide all necessary documentation for customs clearance if any imported components are included in the delivered goods, in compliance with Uzbekistan Tashkent customs regulations.
- The Hairdresser studio shall provide a clear, accessible delivery area at the premises for the unloading and installation of equipment.
