Terms and Conditions of this Purchase Order

1. This Purchase Order is issued by Harare Elite Hairdresser & Beauty Studio, a registered hairdresser and beauty services provider operating in Zimbabwe Harare, and constitutes a binding request for the supply of professional hairdressing equipment and consumables.
2. All items listed in this Purchase Order must meet the quality standards expected by a professional Hairdresser operating in the competitive Zimbabwe Harare market. Substandard or counterfeit products will be rejected at the point of delivery without additional cost to the buyer.
3. Delivery of all goods shall be made to the Hairdresser premises located at 142 Samora Machel Avenue, Avondale, Harare, Zimbabwe, no later than 28 June 2025. Late delivery beyond five (5) business days entitles the Hairdresser to cancel this Purchase Order in full without penalty.
4. Payment shall be made within thirty (30) days of the date of this Purchase Order, subject to satisfactory inspection and acceptance of all goods by the Hairdresser. Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account in Zimbabwe Harare, in United States Dollars or Zimbabwean Dollars at the prevailing ZFU (Zimbabwe Foreign Exchange) rate on the date of payment.
5. The supplier, AfroCosm Distributors (Pvt) Ltd, warrants that all products supplied under this Purchase Order are genuine, free from defects, and compliant with the standards set by the Zimbabwe Standards Authority (ZSA) for cosmetic and personal care products sold in Zimbabwe Harare.
6. A warranty period of twelve (12) months applies to all electrical hairdressing equipment (hairdryers, flat irons) supplied under this Purchase Order. The Hairdresser shall notify the supplier in writing of any defects within the warranty period for prompt replacement or repair.
7. All goods are subject to inspection upon arrival at the Hairdresser's premises in Zimbabwe Harare. Any discrepancies in quantity, quality, or condition must be reported to the supplier within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. Failure to report within this window shall constitute acceptance of the goods as delivered.
8. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of Zimbabwe. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Harare, Zimbabwe.
9. The supplier acknowledges that the buyer is a professional Hairdresser in Zimbabwe Harare and that timely and accurate fulfilment of this Purchase Order is critical to the uninterrupted operation of the Hairdresser's client services, including haircuts, colouring, styling, and extensions work.
10. Any amendments to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by both parties. Verbal modifications shall not be binding. This Purchase Order remains valid until the delivery date specified above or until a written cancellation is issued by the Hairdresser.
