This Purchase Order formally authorises the engagement of a qualified Industrial Engineer to deliver comprehensive process optimisation, production line redesign, and operational efficiency consulting services within the Belgium Brussels metropolitan area. The Industrial Engineer shall be responsible for conducting a full-site assessment of the buyer's manufacturing and logistics facilities located in Belgium Brussels, identifying bottlenecks, recommending lean manufacturing improvements, and implementing a twelve-month continuous improvement programme aligned with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 standards.
The Industrial Engineer shall report directly to the Director of Operations and shall coordinate with cross-functional teams including production supervisors, quality assurance specialists, and supply chain managers. All deliverables must comply with the regulatory framework governing industrial operations in Belgium Brussels, including the Federal Decree on Workplace Safety and the Brussels-Capital Region Environmental Code.

Payment shall be made in accordance with the following schedule tied to milestone completion: 30% upon signature of this Purchase Order, 40% upon completion of Milestone M3, and 30% upon final acceptance of all deliverables. Invoices shall be submitted to the accounts payable department of Brussels Industrial Solutions S.A. in Belgium Brussels and are payable within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate prescribed by the Belgian Code of Economic Law, Book XVII. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the IBAN specified on the invoice. The currency of this Purchase Order is the Euro (EUR).
6.1 This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Belgium, with exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Belgium Brussels. Any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of this Purchase Order shall be resolved through mediation before the Chamber of Commerce of Belgium Brussels prior to any litigation.
6.2 The Industrial Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order shall maintain full professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of EUR 1,000,000 per occurrence, valid throughout the duration of the engagement in Belgium Brussels.
6.3 All intellectual property, process documentation, and proprietary data generated by the Industrial Engineer in the course of this engagement shall become the exclusive property of Brussels Industrial Solutions S.A. upon full payment. The Industrial Engineer shall sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) prior to commencing any on-site work in Belgium Brussels.
6.4 The Industrial Engineer shall comply with all applicable Belgian labour regulations, health and safety directives, and the specific operational permits required for industrial consulting activities within the Belgium Brussels administrative zone.
6.5 Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Industrial Engineer shall be compensated for all work completed up to the termination date, and all project materials in Belgium Brussels shall be returned to the buyer.
6.6 Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated shutdowns in Belgium Brussels, or pandemics, shall suspend obligations under this Purchase Order without penalty to either party.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and accept all terms, conditions, pricing, and scope of work outlined in this Purchase Order for the engagement of the Industrial Engineer in Belgium Brussels. This document constitutes a binding commercial agreement effective from the date of the last signature.
