The Industrial Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order shall perform the following duties and responsibilities within Egypt Alexandria:

• Conduct a full-scale time-and-motion study across all production lines at the AIDA Alexandria manufacturing complex, with a minimum coverage of 12 operational shifts per month.
• Design and implement a lean manufacturing framework tailored to the specific operational context of Egypt Alexandria's industrial sector, incorporating Six Sigma methodologies and Kaizen continuous improvement protocols.
• Develop a comprehensive quality control plan aligned with ISO 9001:2015 standards, to be applied across all product lines manufactured within the Egypt Alexandria facility.
• Perform a detailed ergonomic assessment of all workstation configurations and submit a corrective action report within 30 calendar days of the Purchase Order effective date.
• Prepare a capital equipment utilization analysis and recommend procurement strategies for machinery upgrades, to be submitted to the AIDA Board of Directors.
• Provide weekly progress reports and a final comprehensive project report upon completion of the engagement period specified in this Purchase Order.

• 4.1 This Purchase Order shall become effective upon written acceptance and signature by both parties. The engagement period for the Industrial Engineer shall commence on 1 July 2025 and conclude on 31 December 2025, unless extended by mutual written agreement.
• 4.2 All services under this Purchase Order shall be performed exclusively within the geographic boundaries of Egypt Alexandria, including but not limited to the Smouha, Mansheya, and East Port industrial districts. The Industrial Engineer shall maintain a minimum on-site presence of five (5) working days per week at the AIDA Alexandria facility.
• 4.3 Payment terms: The total amount of EGP 1,100,100.00 shall be disbursed in six (6) equal monthly installments of EGP 183,350.00, payable within fifteen (15) business days following the end of each calendar month, subject to satisfactory completion of the monthly deliverables as specified in the project schedule annexed to this Purchase Order.
• 4.4 The Industrial Engineer shall be bound by a strict confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement covering all proprietary manufacturing data, trade secrets, and operational information encountered during the course of work in Egypt Alexandria. This obligation shall survive the termination of this Purchase Order for a period of three (3) years.
• 4.5 The Supplier warrants that the Industrial Engineer assigned to this Purchase Order holds a valid professional license issued by the Egyptian Engineers Syndicate, possesses a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant industrial engineering experience, and is fully qualified to perform all services described herein within Egypt Alexandria.
• 4.6 Any modification, amendment, or cancellation of this Purchase Order shall be executed in writing and signed by authorized representatives of both parties. Verbal agreements shall hold no legal force under this Purchase Order.
• 4.7 This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent courts of Egypt Alexandria.
• 4.8 The Supplier shall maintain comprehensive professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of EGP 5,000,000.00 for the duration of this Purchase Order, with the Alexandria Industrial Development Authority named as an additional insured party.
