This Purchase Order is issued by Al-Nakheel Industrial Solutions W.L.L. to procure the professional services of a qualified Industrial Engineer to be deployed and stationed at the company's manufacturing and logistics facility located in Kuwait Kuwait City. The Industrial Engineer shall be responsible for optimizing production workflows, conducting time-and-motion studies, designing lean manufacturing processes, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives across all operational departments.

The Industrial Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order shall perform the following duties at the Al-Nakheel facility in Kuwait Kuwait City:

Conduct comprehensive process mapping and value-stream analysis across all production lines in Kuwait Kuwait City.
Develop and implement lean manufacturing strategies to reduce waste, cycle time, and operational costs.
Design and maintain the facility layout, material flow, and workstation ergonomics in compliance with Kuwaiti occupational health and safety regulations.
Perform statistical process control (SPC) analyses and recommend corrective actions to the Quality Assurance team.
Coordinate with the Supply Chain and Procurement departments to optimize inventory levels and reduce lead times.
Prepare quarterly capital expenditure recommendations for equipment upgrades and automation projects.
Mentor junior engineers and technicians on industrial engineering best practices within the Kuwait Kuwait City operations.
Ensure full compliance with the Kuwait Ministry of Commerce and Industry regulations governing industrial operations.

4.1 This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Al-Nakheel Industrial Solutions W.L.L. (hereinafter "the Buyer") and Global Engineering & Technical Services FZE (hereinafter "the Supplier") for the provision of Industrial Engineer services in Kuwait Kuwait City.

4.2 The Industrial Engineer must hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline from an accredited institution, with no fewer than eight (8) years of progressive experience in manufacturing or logistics environments. A valid Kuwaiti work permit and residency card (Iqama) must be obtained prior to commencing duties in Kuwait Kuwait City.

4.3 The Supplier shall indemnify the Buyer against any claims, liabilities, or penalties arising from the Industrial Engineer's negligence, misconduct, or failure to comply with Kuwaiti labor laws and regulations applicable in Kuwait Kuwait City.

4.4 Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account specified above within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as permitted under Kuwaiti commercial law.

4.5 Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Supplier shall ensure a smooth handover of all Industrial Engineer deliverables, documentation, and project files to the Buyer's team in Kuwait Kuwait City.

4.6 All intellectual property, process designs, and optimization methodologies developed by the Industrial Engineer during the term of this Purchase Order shall remain the exclusive property of Al-Nakheel Industrial Solutions W.L.L.

4.7 This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts in Kuwait Kuwait City.

4.8 The Supplier guarantees that the Industrial Engineer assigned under this Purchase Order shall not be engaged in any competing industrial or engineering consultancy within Kuwait Kuwait City during the contract period.

This Purchase Order is issued and authorized by the undersigned on behalf of Al-Nakheel Industrial Solutions W.L.L. The Supplier is requested to confirm acceptance of all terms, conditions, and the scope of work described herein by signing and returning a copy of this document within five (5) business days of receipt.
