This Purchase Order is issued by the Pakistan Industrial Development Corporation for the engagement of a qualified Industrial Engineer to provide comprehensive process optimization, production line design, and operational efficiency consultancy services. The Industrial Engineer shall be physically stationed at the PIDC manufacturing facility located in the Industrial Estate, Rawalpindi Road, Pakistan Islamabad, for the duration of the contract period. All deliverables, reports, and on-site assessments shall be conducted within the jurisdiction of Pakistan Islamabad in accordance with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) standards and the Pakistan Standards and Quality Control Authority (PSQCA) regulations.

- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Supplier for the provision of Industrial Engineer services as described herein. All work shall be performed in Pakistan Islamabad unless otherwise authorized in writing by the Buyer.
- The Industrial Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a valid Professional Engineer (PE) license issued by the Pakistan Engineering Council and possess a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in manufacturing process optimization.
- Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice from the Supplier. Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the Supplier's designated account in Pakistan Islamabad.
- The Supplier shall ensure that the Industrial Engineer complies with all applicable labor laws of Pakistan, including the Pakistan Industrial and Commercial Employment (Standing Orders) Ordinance, 1968, and all local bylaws applicable in Pakistan Islamabad.
- All intellectual property, process documentation, and proprietary data generated by the Industrial Engineer during the course of this Purchase Order shall remain the exclusive property of the Buyer.
- The Supplier shall provide a performance bond equivalent to ten percent (10%) of the total Purchase Order value, to be submitted prior to the commencement of work in Pakistan Islamabad.
- Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1940, with the seat of arbitration in Pakistan Islamabad.
- The Buyer reserves the right to terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice in the event of material breach by the Supplier or failure to meet the performance benchmarks outlined in the Statement of Work.
- All services rendered under this Purchase Order shall be subject to inspection and quality verification by the Buyer's Quality Assurance team stationed in Pakistan Islamabad.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pakistan Islamabad.
The Industrial Engineer shall commence on-site work at the PIDC facility in Pakistan Islamabad no later than 01 July 2025. The full scope of services outlined in this Purchase Order shall be completed within six (6) months from the commencement date. Interim deliverables, including the Process Flow Analysis reports and the Lean Manufacturing Implementation Plan, shall be submitted to the Buyer's project management office in Pakistan Islamabad on the schedule agreed upon in the detailed Statement of Work annexed to this Purchase Order.
6. AUTHORIZATION & ACCEPTANCEBy signing below, both parties acknowledge and accept all terms, conditions, and obligations set forth in this Purchase Order for the engagement of the Industrial Engineer in Pakistan Islamabad. This Purchase Order shall become effective upon execution by both authorized signatories.
