This Purchase Order is issued by Al Rayyan Industrial Solutions LLC to formally engage the services of a qualified Industrial Engineer to support ongoing manufacturing optimization, process improvement, and operational efficiency initiatives at our production facilities located in Qatar Doha. The Industrial Engineer shall be responsible for conducting comprehensive time-and-motion studies, designing lean manufacturing workflows, performing capacity planning analyses, and implementing continuous improvement programs across all production lines situated within the Doha metropolitan industrial zone.

The engagement of this Industrial Engineer is critical to meeting the strategic growth targets outlined in our 2025–2027 operational roadmap for the Qatar Doha market. The professional shall report directly to the Plant Operations Director and will be embedded within the facility team for the duration specified in this Purchase Order.

1. This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Supplier upon signature by both authorized representatives. All services described herein shall be rendered in full compliance with the labor laws, industrial regulations, and professional engineering standards of the State of Qatar, specifically as applicable to the Qatar Doha jurisdiction.
2. The Industrial Engineer or team of engineers assigned under this Purchase Order must hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline, possess a valid Qatari professional practice license, and demonstrate a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience in manufacturing or process industries within the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region.
3. Payment shall be processed in monthly installments within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice from the Supplier. All payments shall be made in Qatari Riyal (QAR) via bank transfer to the account designated by Gulf Technical Engineering Consultants FZE, domiciled in Qatar Doha.
4. The Industrial Engineer shall submit a detailed progress report to the Buyer's Procurement Department no later than the fifth (5th) business day of each month. Failure to submit timely reports may result in a deduction of 2% of the monthly service fee as a penalty, as stipulated in this Purchase Order.
5. All intellectual property, process documentation, data sets, and improvement methodologies developed by the Industrial Engineer during the course of this engagement shall become the exclusive property of Al Rayyan Industrial Solutions LLC upon full payment. The Supplier shall not replicate, distribute, or disclose such materials to any third party without prior written consent.
6. The Supplier shall maintain comprehensive professional indemnity and liability insurance coverage of no less than QAR 2,000,000 for the duration of the contract, with the Buyer named as an additional insured party. Certificates of insurance must be presented prior to the commencement of work in Qatar Doha.
7. Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with a written notice of sixty (60) days. In the event of termination, the Supplier shall be compensated for all services rendered up to the effective date of termination, and the Industrial Engineer shall complete a full handover of all work-in-progress documentation.
8. All disputes arising from or in connection with this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Qatar International Arbitration Centre (QIAC) located in Doha, Qatar. The governing law shall be the laws of the State of Qatar.
9. The Supplier warrants that the Industrial Engineer assigned to this project shall not be engaged in any conflicting or competing assignment with any other entity operating in the Qatar Doha industrial sector during the term of this Purchase Order.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and specifications set forth in this Purchase Order for the engagement of Industrial Engineer services in Qatar Doha. This document is executed in two (2) original copies, one for each party.
