This Purchase Order is issued by Alexandria Media & Communications Group S.A.E. to formally engage the services of Ms. Nourhan Abdel-Rahman, a licensed and accredited Journalist operating within Egypt Alexandria, for the purpose of producing, editing, and delivering a series of investigative and feature articles for the Group's flagship publication, Alexandria Chronicle. The Journalist shall perform all duties in accordance with the Egyptian Press Law (Law No. 92 of 1996, as amended) and the professional code of ethics established by the Egyptian Syndicate of Journalists.
The scope of work under this Purchase Order includes, but is not limited to: conducting on-site interviews with municipal officials in the Egypt Alexandria governorate; producing a minimum of twelve (12) long-form investigative articles over a period of three (3) months; attending and covering two (2) major cultural events scheduled in Egypt Alexandria during the engagement period; and providing editorial consultation to the in-house newsroom team on a weekly basis.

Payment under this Purchase Order shall be made in three (3) equal installments of EGP 66,690.00 each, payable within fifteen (15) business days of the end of each monthly period of the engagement. Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the Journalist's designated account at the National Bank of Egypt, Alexandria Branch. The Journalist shall submit a valid tax invoice (Fatura) for each installment prior to the processing of payment. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Egyptian commercial law.
5. DELIVERY SCHEDULE AND OBLIGATIONSThe Journalist shall deliver all articles and reports to the editorial office of Alexandria Media & Communications Group S.A.E. located in Smouha, Egypt Alexandria, no later than 18:00 EET on the agreed submission dates. All content produced under this Purchase Order shall be original, free from plagiarism, and shall not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights. The Journalist retains the moral right of authorship but grants the Purchasing Entity an exclusive, perpetual, and irrevocable license to publish, reproduce, and distribute the work in all media formats, both in Egypt Alexandria and internationally.
6. COMPLIANCE AND LEGAL FRAMEWORKThis Purchase Order is governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent courts of Egypt Alexandria. The Journalist confirms that she holds a valid press card issued by the Egyptian Press Syndicate and that all work performed shall comply with the ethical standards and legal requirements applicable to journalism practice in Egypt Alexandria. The Journalist further warrants that no conflict of interest exists that would compromise the independence or integrity of the reporting produced under this engagement.
7. CANCELLATION AND TERMINATIONEither party may terminate this Purchase Order by providing thirty (30) days' written notice to the other party. In the event of early termination, the Journalist shall be compensated for all services rendered up to the date of termination, and the Purchasing Entity shall be entitled to retain all completed deliverables. Termination shall not affect any accrued rights or obligations under this Purchase Order.
