The Journalist engaged under this Purchase Order shall be responsible for covering political affairs, economic developments, and social issues within the Indonesia Jakarta metropolitan area and its surrounding provinces.

The Journalist shall deliver a minimum of twelve (12) long-form investigative articles per month, four (4) video reportages (each not exceeding fifteen minutes), and weekly editorial commentary pieces. All content produced under this Purchase Order must adhere to the editorial standards set forth by the Indonesia Press Council (Dewan Pers) and comply with the applicable press regulations of the Republic of Indonesia.

All prices are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and are inclusive of the Journalist's professional fees. The total value of this Purchase Order is four hundred and fifty-eight million eight hundred and seventy-four thousand Indonesian Rupiah (IDR 458,874,000).

4.1 This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Seller for the engagement of the Journalist as described herein. The Journalist shall be engaged on a contract basis for a period of twelve (12) months commencing 1 July 2025 and expiring 30 June 2026, unless terminated earlier in accordance with Clause 4.7.

4.2 The Journalist shall maintain full editorial independence while fulfilling the obligations set out in this Purchase Order. The Buyer shall not direct, censor, or alter the Journalist's reporting content except in cases of legal compliance or factual correction as determined by the editorial board.

4.3 Payment shall be made in monthly installments via bank transfer to the Seller's designated account within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice. The Seller shall issue an invoice at the end of each calendar month detailing the Journalist's deliverables completed during that period.

4.4 The Journalist is required to hold a valid press card (Kartu Pers) issued by the relevant media organization registered with the Dewan Pers in Indonesia Jakarta. The Seller warrants that the Journalist shall maintain this credential throughout the duration of this Purchase Order.

4.5 All intellectual property rights in the content produced by the Journalist under this Purchase Order shall vest in the Buyer upon full payment. The Journalist retains the right to be credited as the author of all published works.

4.6 The Seller shall ensure that the Journalist complies with all applicable labor laws, tax obligations, and press regulations of the Republic of Indonesia, including those enforced within the Indonesia Jakarta jurisdiction.

4.7 Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Buyer shall pay for all services rendered by the Journalist up to the effective date of termination.

4.8 Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through mediation in Indonesia Jakarta in accordance with the rules of the Jakarta Arbitration Board. If mediation fails, the matter shall be referred to the competent court in Indonesia Jakarta.

All services under this Purchase Order shall be performed primarily at the Buyer's office located in Indonesia Jakarta, with field reporting conducted throughout the Indonesia Jakarta metropolitan area, including but not limited to South Jakarta, North Jakarta, Central Jakarta, East Jakarta, and West Jakarta. The Journalist shall report to the editorial office at SCBD, Jakarta Selatan, on a minimum of four (4) days per week for editorial meetings, content planning, and collaborative reporting sessions.

This Purchase Order is valid for acceptance within seven (7) calendar days from the date of issue. The Seller's acceptance shall be confirmed in writing by signing and returning a copy of this Purchase Order to the Buyer's procurement department in Indonesia Jakarta.
