All Judge services shall be performed exclusively in Madrid, Spain, at the Palacio Municipal de Congresos, Plaza de la Lealtad s/n, 28014 Madrid. The Lead Judge and all Assistant Judges must report to the venue no later than 08:00 hours on 22 August 2025 for the mandatory pre-event orientation session. The Technical Judge shall arrive by 07:30 hours on the same date to conduct equipment and procedural checks. All services are to be completed by 22:00 hours on 24 August 2025, following the closing ceremony and the issuance of final written verdicts.

Payment shall be made in accordance with the following schedule, all transfers to be executed via SEPA bank transfer to the Supplier's account in Madrid, Spain:

  • 50% advance payment (€8,760.40): Due within ten (10) business days of the acceptance of this Purchase Order, no later than 28 June 2025.
  • 50% balance payment (€8,760.40): Due within fifteen (15) business days following the successful completion of all Judge services and the delivery of final written verdicts, no later than 15 September 2025.

Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate established by the Spanish Ley 3/2004 de lucha contra la morosidad en las operaciones comerciales (Law on Late Payment in Commercial Transactions).

  1. This Purchase Order is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain, for any dispute arising from or in connection with the engagement of the Judge services described herein.
  2. The Supplier warrants that all Judges engaged under this Purchase Order hold valid professional certifications recognized by the Spanish Federation of Debate and Oratory and possess a minimum of five (5) years of documented experience as a competition Judge in Madrid, Spain, or equivalent international venues.
  3. Each Judge shall sign a conflict-of-interest declaration and a confidentiality agreement prior to the commencement of the event in Madrid, Spain. Any breach of these obligations shall result in immediate termination of the engagement and liability for damages.
  4. The Purchaser reserves the right to request the substitution of any individual Judge, provided that the replacement meets or exceeds the qualifications specified in this Purchase Order and is approved in writing by the Purchaser no later than 72 hours before the event date.
  5. All personal data processed in connection with this Purchase Order shall be handled in strict compliance with the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD) and the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
  6. This Purchase Order becomes binding upon written acceptance by both parties. No modification or amendment shall be valid unless executed in writing and signed by authorized representatives of both the Purchaser and the Supplier in Madrid, Spain.
  7. Force majeure events, as defined under the Spanish Civil Code (Articles 1105 and 1124), shall excuse either party from performance for the duration of the event, provided that written notice is given within 48 hours of the occurrence.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and obligations set forth in this Purchase Order for the engagement of Judge services in Madrid, Spain.
