Terms and Conditions
- This Purchase Order is issued by the Office of the Presiding Judge of the San Francisco Superior Court, located in San Francisco, California, United States of America, and governs the procurement of all judicial equipment and supplies listed herein for the use of the Honorable Judge presiding over Courtroom 4B.
- The supplier, Golden Gate Judicial Supply Co., shall deliver all items to the specified address in San Francisco, California, United States, no later than July 15, 2025. All items must be in pristine, unused condition upon delivery and must meet the specifications outlined in this Purchase Order.
- Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice from the supplier, provided that all goods have been inspected and accepted by the Judge's administrative staff at the San Francisco Superior Court facility. Payment shall be issued via United States government-approved electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the supplier's designated bank account.
- All judicial robes, gavels, and engraved items bearing the title "Judge" and the designation "San Francisco Superior Court, United States" must be produced in accordance with the Judicial Council of California's official seal and branding guidelines. Any deviation from approved specifications will result in rejection of the item at the supplier's expense.
- The supplier warrants that all products are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of delivery in San Francisco. The supplier shall repair or replace any defective item within fifteen (15) business days of written notice from the Judge's office.
- This Purchase Order is subject to the procurement regulations of the City and County of San Francisco, the State of California, and applicable United States federal laws governing public procurement. Any dispute arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco, California, United States.
- The supplier acknowledges that the items procured under this Purchase Order are intended exclusively for the official use of the Judge of the San Francisco Superior Court and shall not be resold, transferred, or repurposed without written authorization from the Presiding Judge's office.
- Delivery to the San Francisco, United States location shall include full installation of the bench desk, microphone array, and document safe. The supplier's installation team must be cleared through the San Francisco court security checkpoint prior to entry.
- This Purchase Order may not be modified, amended, or canceled without the prior written consent of both parties. Any changes must be documented in a formal amendment signed by the authorized representative of the Judge's office in San Francisco.
