The Judge services encompass the evaluation, scoring, and adjudication of all competing entries across three (3) designated competition tracks. - Scope of Judge Services: The Judge and all panel members shall perform their adjudication duties exclusively at the designated venue in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, from 22 August 2025 through 24 August 2025. All scoring, deliberation, and final award decisions must be conducted in accordance with the published competition rules and the standardized rubric provided by the Buyer.
- Confidentiality: The Judge and all associated panel members agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all submitted entries, competitor identities, scoring deliberations, and proprietary information disclosed during the event in Ho Chi Minh City. This obligation shall survive for a period of twenty-four (24) months following the conclusion of the event.
- Conflict of Interest: Each Judge must submit a signed Conflict of Interest Declaration no later than 14 days prior to the event. Any Judge found to have a direct or indirect conflict of interest with a competing entry shall be immediately disqualified from the panel and replaced at no additional cost to the Buyer.
- Payment Terms: A fifty percent (50%) advance payment of VND 122,925,000 shall be due within ten (10) business days of the acceptance of this Purchase Order. The remaining fifty percent (50%) balance of VND 122,925,000 shall be paid within fifteen (15) business days following the successful delivery of the Post-Event Judge Report. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the Supplier's designated account in Ho Chi Minh City.
- Performance Standards: The Judge must arrive at the venue no later than 08:00 AM on each event day. Failure to appear without a valid, documented reason (force majeure, medical emergency) shall result in a penalty of 5% of the total Purchase Order value per day of absence.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order related to the Judge services in Ho Chi Minh City shall be resolved through arbitration at the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) in Ho Chi Minh City.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or public health emergencies affecting Ho Chi Minh City.
All Judge services shall be rendered on-site at the Bitexco Financial Tower, 268 Nguyen Hue Street, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Buyer's Event Operations Manager shall serve as the on-site point of contact for the Judge team. Acceptance of the Judge services shall be deemed complete upon the Buyer's written confirmation that all adjudication duties have been fulfilled satisfactorily and the final Post-Event Judge Report has been received and reviewed.
IMPORTANT NOTE: This Purchase Order is valid only for the specific event and location stated herein (Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam). Any modification to the scope, duration, or location of the Judge services requires a written amendment signed by both parties.
