This Purchase Order is issued by MediLab Solutions S.A.S. to formally request and authorize the recruitment, placement, and ongoing professional services of a qualified Laboratory Technician to be assigned to our clinical diagnostics facility located in Colombia Bogotá. The Laboratory Technician shall be responsible for performing a comprehensive range of diagnostic laboratory procedures, including but not limited to hematology, clinical chemistry, microbiology, serology, and urinalysis testing. The selected Laboratory Technician must hold a minimum of a technical degree in Laboratory Sciences (Técnico en Laboratorio Clínico) issued by a recognized institution in Colombia Bogotá or elsewhere in Colombia, and must possess a valid professional registration with the Colombian Ministry of Health (Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social).

The Laboratory Technician will operate under the direct supervision of the Chief of Laboratory Operations and will be expected to adhere to all quality assurance protocols, biosafety standards, and regulatory requirements established by INVIMA and the Colombian National Standards (NTC). The service contract for this Laboratory Technician position is structured as a twelve (12) month engagement with the possibility of renewal, subject to mutual agreement and performance evaluation.

This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between MediLab Solutions S.A.S. and Talento Científico Laboral S.A.S. for the provision of Laboratory Technician services in Colombia Bogotá, effective upon written acceptance by both parties.
The Laboratory Technician shall commence duties no later than July 1, 2025, at the facility located at Calle 45 # 12-34, Zona Rosa, Colombia Bogotá, D.C. Working hours shall be Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break.
Payment terms: Net 30 days from the date of invoice receipt. All payments shall be made via electronic bank transfer (EFT) to the account specified in Section 1. Invoices must include the NIT, RUT, and a detailed breakdown of services rendered by the Laboratory Technician.
The vendor guarantees that the Laboratory Technician assigned under this Purchase Order meets all educational, professional, and health requirements mandated by Colombian labor law (Código Sustantivo del Trabajo) and the specific regulations of the Colombia Bogotá health authority.
Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of termination, the vendor shall ensure a minimum of fourteen (14) days transition period for the Laboratory Technician role to be covered by a replacement candidate of equivalent qualifications.
All personal data processed under this Purchase Order shall comply with Law 1581 of 2012 (Colombian Data Protection Law) and applicable regulations in Colombia Bogotá.
Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the commercial courts of Colombia Bogotá, D.C., in accordance with Colombian civil and commercial law.
This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any amendments must be made in writing and signed by authorized representatives of both parties.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and obligations outlined in this Purchase Order for the Laboratory Technician services to be performed in Colombia Bogotá. This document is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue.
