This Purchase Order is issued by Nile Delta Diagnostics & Research Center, a licensed medical laboratory facility operating in Egypt Cairo, to formally request and authorize the procurement of professional staffing services. Specifically, this Purchase Order covers the recruitment, placement, and ongoing contractual engagement of a qualified Laboratory Technician to support the clinical and research operations of our facility located in the heart of Egypt Cairo. The Laboratory Technician shall be responsible for performing routine diagnostic tests, maintaining laboratory equipment, ensuring compliance with Egyptian Ministry of Health and Population regulations, and assisting senior pathologists and medical laboratory scientists in all daily operational tasks within the laboratory premises in Egypt Cairo.

This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, including the Egyptian Labor Law No. 12 of 2003 and all applicable regulations issued by the Ministry of Health and Population for laboratory operations in Egypt Cairo.
The Laboratory Technician engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a valid diploma or degree in Medical Laboratory Technology from an accredited Egyptian university or equivalent institution recognized by the Egyptian Ministry of Higher Education.
The Laboratory Technician shall commence duties no later than 30 days from the date of acceptance of this Purchase Order. The primary work location shall be the Nile Delta Diagnostics facility at 142 El Tahrir Street, Egypt Cairo, with a standard working week of 45 hours (Sunday through Thursday).
Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the vendor's designated account with the Central Bank of Egypt within 30 calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice. All payments are denominated in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) as per the terms of this Purchase Order.
The vendor, MedTech Professional Staffing Solutions S.A.E., shall remain the legal employer of the Laboratory Technician for the duration of this Purchase Order. Nile Delta Diagnostics retains the right to direct the day-to-day tasks and operational responsibilities of the Laboratory Technician within the scope of the agreed position description.
Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with 60 days' written notice. In the event of termination, all outstanding payments for services rendered up to the termination date shall be settled within 15 business days.
The Laboratory Technician shall be required to undergo a pre-employment medical examination at a licensed clinic in Egypt Cairo and must maintain a valid health clearance certificate in accordance with Egyptian public health regulations.
All data and patient samples handled by the Laboratory Technician are subject to the Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020). The vendor shall ensure the Laboratory Technician signs a non-disclosure agreement prior to commencing work.
This Purchase Order shall be considered valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of issue, unless renewed in writing by both parties. Any amendments to this Purchase Order must be documented in a written addendum signed by authorized representatives of both parties.
Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, the matter shall be referred to the competent courts in Egypt Cairo, specifically the Cairo Commercial Court.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and specifications outlined in this Purchase Order for the engagement of the Laboratory Technician in Egypt Cairo. This document constitutes a binding agreement between the parties upon execution.
