This Purchase Order is issued by Frankfurt Scientific Solutions GmbH for the recruitment, placement, and ongoing provision of a qualified Laboratory Technician to support the Quality Assurance and Analytical Chemistry Division at our primary research facility located in Germany Frankfurt. The Laboratory Technician shall be responsible for the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and calibration of laboratory instrumentation, including but not limited to HPLC systems, GC-MS analyzers, spectrophotometers, and centrifuges. The Laboratory Technician will prepare reagents, solutions, and samples in strict accordance with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standards and all applicable German regulatory requirements under the Bundes-Arzneimittelgesetz (AMG) and the Chemikaliengesetz (ChemG).
The Laboratory Technician must demonstrate proficiency in wet-lab techniques, chromatographic analysis, microbiological testing, and data documentation using validated Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS). The role requires a minimum of three (3) years of hands-on experience in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or chemical manufacturing laboratory environment. A completed degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a closely related field from an accredited German or EU institution is mandatory. The Laboratory Technician must hold a valid German work permit or EU citizenship and possess working proficiency in both German and English, as all documentation and inter-departmental communication within the Germany Frankfurt facility are conducted in both languages.

Payment shall be made via SEPA bank transfer to the account designated by LabTalent Recruitment & Staffing AG. Invoices are due within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt. Late payments shall accrue interest at the statutory rate under § 288 of the German Civil Code (BGB). All amounts are exclusive of applicable German Value Added Tax (Mehrwertsteuer, VAT) at the standard rate of 19%, which shall be added to each invoice.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Frankfurt am Main, Germany Frankfurt.
- The Laboratory Technician shall be bound by a strict confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement (NDA) covering all proprietary research data, formulations, and intellectual property of Frankfurt Scientific Solutions GmbH for a period of five (5) years following the termination of this Purchase Order.
- LabTalent Recruitment & Staffing AG guarantees that the Laboratory Technician shall comply with all occupational health and safety regulations as defined by the German Occupational Safety and Health Act (Arbeitsschutzgesetz, ArbSchG) and the relevant BGR (Berufsgenossenschaftliche Regeln) applicable to laboratory work in Germany Frankfurt.
- The Purchasing Entity reserves the right to terminate this Purchase Order with a written notice period of sixty (60) days. In the event of early termination, a pro-rata portion of the remaining service fees shall be due.
- The Laboratory Technician shall undergo a mandatory onboarding period of four (4) weeks during which all standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and quality management systems specific to the Germany Frankfurt facility shall be reviewed and certified.
- Any amendments to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by both parties. Verbal modifications shall be null and void.
- The Service Provider warrants that the Laboratory Technician shall not be subject to any competing employment obligations or non-compete restrictions that would conflict with the duties outlined in this Purchase Order.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and specifications set forth in this Purchase Order for the provision of a Laboratory Technician at the Frankfurt Scientific Solutions GmbH facility in Germany Frankfurt. This document constitutes a binding agreement upon execution by both authorized representatives.
