This Purchase Order is issued by the Tehran Provincial Medical Research Institute for the procurement of professional laboratory services through the engagement of a qualified Laboratory Technician. The selected Laboratory Technician shall be assigned to the Clinical Chemistry and Hematology Division of the institute, located in central Iran Tehran. The scope of this Purchase Order covers the full-time employment and professional services of one (1) Laboratory Technician for an initial contract period of twelve (12) months, with the possibility of renewal subject to mutual agreement and performance evaluation.
The Laboratory Technician engaged under this Purchase Order shall be responsible for performing routine and specialized laboratory analyses, including but not limited to blood sample processing, chemical assays, microbiological cultures, quality control procedures, and maintenance of laboratory instrumentation. All work shall be conducted in strict compliance with the regulatory standards established by the Iranian Ministry of Health and Medical Education, as well as the operational protocols of the host facility in Iran Tehran.

The Laboratory Technician procured under this Purchase Order must meet the following minimum qualifications:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Technology, or a directly related field from an accredited university in Iran Tehran or elsewhere in the Islamic Republic of Iran.
- A valid professional license issued by the Iranian Ministry of Health and Medical Education, current and in good standing at the time of engagement.
- A minimum of three (3) years of documented post-graduation experience in a clinical or research laboratory setting.
- Demonstrated proficiency in operating automated analyzers, centrifuges, spectrophotometers, and hematology analyzers commonly used in laboratories in Iran Tehran.
- Fluency in Persian (Farsi) for all documentation and communication; working knowledge of English is strongly preferred for reading international research literature and operating imported equipment.
- Completion of an occupational health and safety certification specific to laboratory environments, as mandated by Iranian labor regulations.
All payments associated with this Purchase Order shall be made in Iranian Rials (IRR) via bank transfer to the designated account of Pishro Medical Staffing Agency Co. Payment shall be structured as follows:
- Advance Payment (20%): A total of 121,700,000 IRR shall be disbursed within ten (10) business days of the signed acceptance of this Purchase Order, contingent upon the supplier providing a valid tax invoice compliant with the Iranian National Tax Administration requirements.
- Monthly Installments (70%): The remaining service fees shall be paid in twelve (12) equal monthly installments of 48,500,000 IRR each, due on the first business day of each month, following verification of the Laboratory Technician's attendance and performance by the supervising laboratory manager.
- Retention (10%): A retention amount of 60,850,000 IRR shall be held and released in full within thirty (30) days following the successful completion of the twelve-month contract term, provided no unresolved performance issues remain.

The Laboratory Technician identified under this Purchase Order shall report for duty at the Tehran Provincial Medical Research Institute, located in Iran Tehran, no later than 1 July 2025. The supplier is responsible for ensuring that the Laboratory Technician has completed all background checks, medical clearances, and administrative registrations required by Iranian labor law prior to the commencement date. Failure to meet the commencement date without prior written approval from the Buyer shall result in a penalty of 2,000,000 IRR per day of delay, deducted from the first monthly installment.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the civil and commercial laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent courts in Iran Tehran.
- The supplier warrants that the Laboratory Technician engaged under this Purchase Order is not currently employed by any other entity and holds no conflicting professional obligations.
- All intellectual property, research data, and patient information generated or accessed by the Laboratory Technician during the course of this engagement shall remain the exclusive property of the Buyer, in accordance with Iranian data protection and medical confidentiality regulations.
- Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with a written notice of thirty (30) days. In the event of termination for cause (e.g., gross negligence, fraud, or repeated failure to meet performance standards by the Laboratory Technician), the terminating party shall be entitled to a full refund of any unearned advance payments.
- The supplier shall maintain comprehensive professional liability insurance covering the Laboratory Technician for the duration of this Purchase Order, with a minimum coverage of 500,000,000 IRR per incident.
- All documentation, invoices, and correspondence related to this Purchase Order shall be prepared in Persian (Farsi) and English, with the Persian version prevailing in the event of any discrepancy.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and specifications outlined in this Purchase Order for the procurement of a Laboratory Technician for service in Iran Tehran. This document constitutes a binding agreement upon execution by both authorized representatives.
