1. Description of Procurement

This Purchase Order is issued by Al Rayyan Medical Diagnostics Center for the recruitment, placement, and ongoing provision of a qualified Laboratory Technician to support the clinical diagnostics operations of our facility located in Qatar Doha. The Laboratory Technician shall be responsible for performing routine and specialized laboratory analyses, including but not limited to hematology, clinical chemistry, microbiology, and urinalysis, in full compliance with the standards set by the Ministry of Public Health of the State of Qatar and the Qatar Health Regulatory Authority.

The Laboratory Technician must hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Qatar Council for Higher Education. A valid professional license issued by the Ministry of Public Health in Qatar Doha is mandatory prior to commencing duties. The candidate must possess a minimum of three (3) years of post-qualification experience in a hospital or diagnostic laboratory setting, with demonstrated proficiency in automated analyzers, quality control procedures, and laboratory information management systems (LIMS).

3. Payment Terms

All payments under this Purchase Order shall be made in Qatari Riyal (QAR) via bank transfer to the account designated by Gulf Talent Healthcare Solutions LLC. The recruitment and placement fee (Item 01) and visa processing fee (Item 03) are payable within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date of this Purchase Order. Monthly salary payments for the Laboratory Technician (Item 02) shall be remitted on the last working day of each calendar month. Annual professional development costs (Item 04) are payable upon submission of valid invoices and completion certificates. Compliance monitoring fees (Item 05) are payable quarterly in arrears.

4. Terms and Conditions

4.1 This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent courts in Qatar Doha.
4.2 The Laboratory Technician shall be subject to the Qatar Labor Law (Law No. 14 of 2004) and all applicable amendments. The supplier shall ensure full compliance with all employment regulations in Qatar Doha.
4.3 The supplier guarantees that the Laboratory Technician shall possess all necessary qualifications, licenses, and certifications required to practice in Qatar Doha. Failure to meet these requirements shall entitle the buyer to terminate this Purchase Order without penalty.
4.4 The Laboratory Technician shall adhere to all health, safety, and biosafety protocols established by Al Rayyan Medical Diagnostics Center and the Qatar Doha public health regulatory framework.
4.5 Confidentiality: All patient data, laboratory results, and proprietary information accessed by the Laboratory Technician shall remain strictly confidential in accordance with Qatar Doha data protection regulations.
4.6 The supplier shall provide a replacement Laboratory Technician of equivalent or superior qualifications within thirty (30) days in the event of resignation, termination, or medical unfitness of the incumbent.
4.7 This Purchase Order may be amended only by mutual written agreement of both parties. No verbal modifications to the scope, pricing, or terms of this Purchase Order shall be valid.
4.8 Late payments shall attract a penalty of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance, calculated from the due date until the date of actual payment.

5. Acceptance and Authorization

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and accept all terms, conditions, and obligations set forth in this Purchase Order for the provision of a Laboratory Technician to the facility in Qatar Doha. This document constitutes a binding agreement upon execution by both authorized representatives.
