All amounts are denominated in West African CFA Franc (XOF). Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the account specified in Section 2.

4.1 Delivery and Commencement: The Laboratory Technician shall commence duties at the Central Diagnostic Laboratory in Senegal Dakar no later than 01 September 2025. The vendor, MedTech Senegal HR Solutions SARL, is responsible for ensuring the Laboratory Technician is fully available, medically cleared, and in possession of all required certifications prior to the start date.

4.2 Payment Terms: Payment for this Purchase Order shall be made in monthly installments of XOF 2,045,333 (inclusive of VAT) within fifteen (15) business days of the end of each calendar month. The initial onboarding and PPE costs (Items 02, 03, and 05) shall be paid in a lump sum within ten (10) business days of the Laboratory Technician's first working day.

4.3 Qualifications Required: The Laboratory Technician engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a minimum of a BTS (Brevet de Technicien Supérieur) in Biological Analysis or an equivalent diploma recognized by the Senegalese Ministry of Higher Education. A valid professional registration with the Ordre des Biologistes du Sénégal is mandatory. Minimum three (3) years of hands-on experience in clinical or diagnostic laboratory settings within Senegal Dakar or the broader West African region is required.

4.4 Scope of Work: The Laboratory Technician shall be responsible for the collection, preparation, and analysis of clinical specimens including but not limited to blood, urine, tissue, and microbiological cultures. The Laboratory Technician shall operate and maintain laboratory equipment, perform quality assurance checks, maintain accurate patient records, and ensure full compliance with biosafety protocols as mandated by Senegalese health regulations and the Dakar municipal health code.

4.5 Working Hours and Location: The Laboratory Technician shall work a standard schedule of forty (40) hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 07:00 to 17:00, at the Central Diagnostic Laboratory, Avenue Cheikh Anta Diop, Plateau, Senegal Dakar. Overtime, if required for emergency diagnostic work, shall be compensated at 1.5 times the standard hourly rate in accordance with Senegalese labor law (Code du Travail du Sénégal, 2007).

4.6 Termination and Cancellation: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with a written notice of thirty (30) days. In the event of early termination by the issuing organization without cause, the vendor shall be compensated for all services rendered up to the termination date plus a severance payment equivalent to one (1) month's salary for the Laboratory Technician.

4.7 Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Senegal. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent labor courts of Senegal Dakar.
