This Purchase Order is issued by the Ankara Metropolitan Health & Research Institute to formally procure the professional services of a qualified Laboratory Technician to be stationed and performing duties within the Turkey Ankara metropolitan area. The Laboratory Technician shall be responsible for conducting routine and specialized laboratory analyses, maintaining laboratory equipment, ensuring compliance with national and international quality standards, and supporting the research and diagnostic operations of the Institute. This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between both parties for the duration specified herein.

The Laboratory Technician engaged under this Purchase Order shall perform the following duties at the designated facility located in Turkey Ankara:

  • Conducting clinical, chemical, microbiological, and hematological laboratory tests in accordance with established protocols.
  • Operating, calibrating, and performing preventive maintenance on all laboratory instrumentation and diagnostic equipment.
  • Preparing reagents, solutions, and culture media required for daily laboratory operations in Turkey Ankara.
  • Maintaining accurate and complete records of all laboratory procedures, results, and quality control data.
  • Ensuring full compliance with the Turkish Ministry of Health regulations, ISO 15189 standards, and all applicable occupational health and safety legislation in force in Turkey Ankara.
  • Collaborating with senior laboratory scientists, pathologists, and clinical staff to interpret complex analytical results.
  • Participating in continuous professional development programs and obtaining necessary certifications as required by the Institute.
  • Managing laboratory inventory, ordering consumables, and ensuring proper storage and disposal of hazardous materials.

All payments under this Purchase Order shall be made in Turkish Lira (TRY) via bank transfer to the account designated by MedTech Personnel Solutions Ltd. Payments for the Laboratory Technician services shall be processed on a monthly basis, due within fifteen (15) business days following the end of each calendar month. The initial onboarding fee and insurance premiums shall be settled within ten (10) business days of the execution of this Purchase Order. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Turkish commercial law applicable in Turkey Ankara.

The Laboratory Technician shall perform all duties at the Institute's primary laboratory facility situated in the Çankaya District of Turkey Ankara. Working hours shall be Monday through Friday, 08:00 to 17:00, with a one-hour unpaid lunch break. The Laboratory Technician may be required to work extended hours during emergency research projects or critical diagnostic periods, in which case overtime compensation shall be calculated in accordance with the Turkish Labor Law (Law No. 4857) as enforced in Turkey Ankara. The Institute shall provide all necessary personal protective equipment, laboratory coats, and safety gear required for the safe performance of the Laboratory Technician's duties.

The Laboratory Technician engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a minimum of a two-year associate degree in Laboratory Technology, Medical Laboratory Science, or a directly related field from an accredited institution in Turkey or an internationally recognized equivalent. The candidate must possess a valid professional practice license issued by the relevant Turkish regulatory authority and must demonstrate a minimum of three (3) years of hands-on experience in a clinical or research laboratory environment. All background checks, health clearances, and professional verifications shall be completed prior to the commencement of duties in Turkey Ankara.

Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with a written notice of thirty (30) days. In the event of material breach by the Laboratory Technician—including but not limited to gross negligence, falsification of laboratory data, or violation of safety protocols in Turkey Ankara—the Institute reserves the right to terminate this Purchase Order immediately without further notice. Upon termination, all outstanding invoices for services rendered up to the date of termination shall be settled within thirty (30) days.

This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Purchase Order relating to the Laboratory Technician services in Turkey Ankara shall be resolved through the competent courts of Ankara, Turkey. Both parties agree to attempt good-faith mediation before initiating any formal legal proceedings.
