This Purchase Order is issued by Pacific Horizon International Group Co., Ltd. for the recruitment, onboarding, and initial engagement of a qualified Marketing Manager to be stationed at our primary office in China Beijing. The Marketing Manager shall be responsible for overseeing all regional marketing operations, brand strategy development, digital campaign management, and cross-functional coordination across the China Beijing market. The selected Marketing Manager must demonstrate proven expertise in the Chinese consumer market, fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English, and a minimum of seven (7) years of progressive experience in marketing leadership roles within the Asia-Pacific region.

General Terms Governing This Purchase Order
3.1 This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, including but not limited to the Civil Code of the PRC and the Labor Contract Law applicable in China Beijing.
3.2 The Marketing Manager engaged under this Purchase Order shall be subject to the employment regulations of China Beijing, including mandatory social insurance contributions, housing fund enrollment, and work permit requirements administered by the local Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.
3.3 All deliverables related to the Marketing Manager's initial strategy package must be completed within thirty (30) calendar days of the onboarding date in China Beijing. Failure to meet this deadline shall result in a penalty of 2% of the applicable line item value per day of delay.
3.4 Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the designated account of Beijing Elite Talent Solutions Ltd. All invoices must reference this Purchase Order number (CN-BJ-2025-00472) and include the applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) at the rate of 6% for service fees.
3.5 The Marketing Manager shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary business information, client data, and strategic plans of Pacific Horizon International Group. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) compliant with China Beijing data protection standards must be executed prior to the commencement of duties.
3.6 Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration at the Beijing Arbitration Commission (BAC) in accordance with its then-current arbitration rules. The seat of arbitration shall be China Beijing.
3.7 This Purchase Order becomes effective upon signature by both parties and remains valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of execution, after which it may be renewed by mutual written agreement.
The Marketing Manager's onboarding and initial deliverables shall be deemed accepted upon written confirmation by the Director of Operations, Pacific Horizon International Group, China Beijing Office. The acceptance period shall not exceed ten (10) business days from the date of delivery of each itemized service. Any deficiencies identified during the acceptance period must be remedied by the Service Provider within five (5) business days at no additional cost to the Buyer.
