The Marketing Manager shall be based at our principal office in Iraq Baghdad, specifically within the Al-Mansour Business District, and shall report directly to the Chief Executive Officer. This Purchase Order governs all terms, conditions, compensation structures, and deliverables associated with the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing professional engagement of the Marketing Manager in accordance with the commercial and labor regulations applicable in Iraq Baghdad.

The Marketing Manager engaged under this Purchase Order shall be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities within the Iraq Baghdad market:

• Developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the Iraqi consumer landscape in Baghdad and surrounding governorates.
• Managing all digital marketing channels, including social media campaigns, search engine optimization, and email marketing, with specific focus on Arabic-language content production relevant to the Iraq Baghdad demographic.
• Overseeing brand positioning and public relations activities in coordination with local media outlets, business chambers, and industry associations operating in Iraq Baghdad.
• Conducting market research, competitor analysis, and consumer behavior studies specific to the Baghdad metropolitan area and the broader Iraqi market.
• Managing vendor relationships, advertising agencies, and creative partners within Iraq Baghdad to ensure timely delivery of marketing collateral and campaign materials.
• Preparing monthly and quarterly performance reports for senior leadership, including budget utilization, return on investment metrics, and market penetration data.
• Ensuring full compliance with Iraqi commercial advertising regulations, data protection guidelines, and all applicable municipal ordinances in Iraq Baghdad.

1. Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the commercial laws of the Republic of Iraq, with specific reference to the regulations enforced in Iraq Baghdad by the Ministry of Commerce and the Baghdad Municipal Council.
2. Place of Performance: All services under this Purchase Order shall be rendered at the Marketing Manager’s designated workstation in Iraq Baghdad, Al-Mansour Business District, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.
3. Payment Schedule: The total Purchase Order value of USD 84,500.00 shall be disbursed as follows: 20% upon execution of this Purchase Order, 60% in equal monthly installments over the twelve-month engagement period, and 20% upon successful completion of the contract term and final performance review.
4. Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days’ written notice. In the event of early termination, the Marketing Manager’s remaining monthly fees shall be prorated, and all deliverables in progress shall be handed over to the issuing organization.
5. Confidentiality: The Marketing Manager shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary business information, client data, and strategic plans of Al-Rafidain Digital Solutions Co. Ltd. This obligation shall survive the termination of this Purchase Order for a period of two (2) years.
6. Compliance: The Marketing Manager shall comply with all Iraqi labor laws, tax obligations, and professional licensing requirements applicable in Iraq Baghdad. The vendor shall ensure that all necessary work permits and registrations are obtained prior to the commencement of duties.
7. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be referred to the Baghdad Commercial Court in Iraq Baghdad for final and binding adjudication.

This Purchase Order becomes effective upon signature by both authorized representatives. The Marketing Manager’s engagement shall commence on 1 August 2025, subject to completion of all onboarding procedures in Iraq Baghdad.
