The Marketing Manager shall be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies, managing brand positioning across digital and traditional channels, overseeing a team of no fewer than six (6) marketing specialists, and reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer of the Buyer. The scope of this Purchase Order encompasses the full lifecycle of the Marketing Manager engagement, including but not limited to: candidate sourcing and screening, structured interview coordination, background verification in compliance with Turkish labor law (4857 sayılı İş Kanunu), contract negotiation, onboarding facilitation, and a twelve-month post-placement performance guarantee.

The Marketing Manager position is to be based at the Buyer's principal office located in the Levent Business District, Şişli, Istanbul, Turkey. The role requires a minimum of eight (8) years of progressive marketing experience, with at least three (3) years in a senior managerial capacity within the Turkish or broader EMEA market. Fluency in both Turkish and English is mandatory; proficiency in a third language (Arabic, German, or Russian) is considered a strong advantage. The Marketing Manager shall be expected to drive revenue-growth initiatives, manage an annual marketing budget not exceeding 12,000,000 Turkish Lira (TRY), and deliver quarterly performance reports to the Board of Directors.

All payments under this Purchase Order shall be made in Turkish Lira (TRY) via interbank transfer (EFT/Havale) to the Vendor's designated IBAN account listed in Section 1. The payment schedule is as follows: thirty percent (30%) of the Purchase Order total shall be due upon execution of this document; forty percent (40%) shall be due upon successful placement and commencement of the Marketing Manager's first working day in Istanbul; and the remaining thirty percent (30%) shall be due upon completion of the twelve-month performance guarantee period. Late payments shall accrue interest at the statutory rate prescribed by the Turkish Code of Obligations (6098 sayılı Türk Borçlar Kanunu), calculated on a daily basis from the due date until full settlement.

The Vendor shall deliver the fully vetted and contractually bound Marketing Manager to the Buyer's Istanbul office no later than 31 July 2025. The Marketing Manager's first day of active service shall be 01 August 2025. All onboarding procedures, including social security registration (SGK), tax withholding setup, and issuance of a Turkish work permit (if applicable to the candidate's nationality), shall be completed prior to the commencement date. The Vendor warrants that the Marketing Manager shall be free of any non-compete or restrictive covenants that could conflict with the Buyer's business interests in the Istanbul and wider Turkish market.

This Purchase Order is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Purchase Order, including disputes relating to the performance, breach, or termination of the Marketing Manager engagement, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey. The Vendor shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of 1,000,000 TRY throughout the duration of this Purchase Order. Neither party may assign its obligations under this Purchase Order without the prior written consent of the other party. This Purchase Order constitutes the entire agreement between the Buyer and the Vendor with respect to the Marketing Manager procurement and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral.
