This Purchase Order is issued by Dhaka Riverside Construction & Development Ltd. to Mason Craft Bangladesh for the procurement of skilled Mason labor services to be deployed at the Dhaka Riverside Commercial Complex construction site located in Gulshan Avenue, Bangladesh Dhaka. The Mason services shall encompass all masonry work including but not limited to bricklaying, block masonry, plastering, tile setting, and structural masonry as per the approved architectural and structural drawings for the project.

- Delivery & Deployment: All Mason workers and support staff shall be deployed at the project site in Gulshan Avenue, Bangladesh Dhaka, no later than 01 July 2025. Mason Craft Bangladesh shall ensure that all Mason personnel arrive at the site in a fit and ready state to commence work.
- Quality Standards: All Mason work shall be executed in strict accordance with the Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC) 2020, the approved structural drawings, and the specifications outlined in the project contract. The Mason foreman shall conduct daily quality inspections and report deficiencies to the Buyer's site engineer within 24 hours.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in monthly installments based on verified progress certificates issued by the Buyer's Project Director. Payment shall be processed within 15 working days of certificate issuance via bank transfer to the account designated by Mason Craft Bangladesh. A 5% retention shall be held until final project completion and handover.
- Working Hours & Schedule: Mason workers shall operate on a standard schedule of 8 hours per day, 6 days per week, in compliance with the Bangladesh Labour Act 2006. Overtime work, if required, shall be compensated at 1.5 times the standard daily rate and must be pre-approved in writing by the Buyer.
- Safety & Compliance: Mason Craft Bangladesh shall ensure that all Mason personnel are provided with appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) including helmets, safety boots, gloves, and eye protection. All Mason workers shall undergo a site safety induction before commencing work. Compliance with Bangladesh Occupational Safety and Health regulations is mandatory.
- Substitution & Replacement: In the event that any Mason worker is found to be unsuitable, unskilled, or non-compliant with safety protocols, Mason Craft Bangladesh shall replace the individual within 48 hours at no additional cost to the Buyer.
- Insurance & Liability: Mason Craft Bangladesh shall maintain comprehensive workers' compensation insurance and third-party liability insurance covering all Mason personnel for the entire duration of this Purchase Order. Any claims arising from injury or damage shall be the sole responsibility of the Seller.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with 14 days' written notice. In the event of termination by the Buyer due to Seller's default, the Buyer shall be entitled to recover any additional costs incurred to source replacement Mason services.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Dhaka, Bangladesh, in accordance with the Bangladesh Arbitration Act 2001.
- Tax & Duties: All applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate of 15% shall be included in the unit rates specified above. The Seller shall issue a valid VAT invoice with each monthly progress claim.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and specifications set forth in this Purchase Order for the procurement of Mason services in Bangladesh Dhaka. This document constitutes a binding agreement between the parties for the duration of the project.
