This Purchase Order is issued by PT Nusantara Development Group to Mason Construction & Masonry Services Co., Ltd. for the supply of masonry materials and the provision of professional masonry labor services for the construction of Tower B at Menara Nusantara, located in the SCBD business district of Indonesia Jakarta. All materials bearing the Mason brand must be manufactured or processed within Indonesia Jakarta or its immediate metropolitan area (Greater Jakarta / Jabodetabek) to ensure compliance with local building regulations (Peraturan Daerah DKI Jakarta) and to minimize transportation costs and carbon footprint.
Mason shall deliver all physical materials to the project site in Indonesia Jakarta in no later than 15 July 2025. Delivery must be scheduled in coordination with the site logistics team to avoid congestion on the main arteries of Indonesia Jakarta. Each delivery batch must be accompanied by a Certificate of Origin, Material Test Report, and a signed Delivery Note referencing this Purchase Order number (MASON-JKT-2025-00487). Mason masonry labor teams must be fully certified under the Indonesian Ministry of Public Works (Kementerian PUPR) standards and must present valid work permits for the Indonesia Jakarta region prior to commencing on-site work.
4.1 – This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order between the Buyer and Mason shall be resolved through arbitration in Indonesia Jakarta in accordance with the rules of the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (BANI).
4.2 – Mason warrants that all masonry materials supplied under this Purchase Order are new, of the highest quality, and free from defects. Any material found to be non-conforming upon inspection at the Indonesia Jakarta site shall be replaced by Mason at no additional cost within 7 calendar days.
4.3 – Payment shall be made via bank transfer to Mason's designated account at Bank Central Asia (BCA), Indonesia Jakarta branch, within 30 days of receipt of a valid tax invoice (Faktur Pajak) issued in accordance with Indonesian tax regulations.
4.4 – Mason shall maintain comprehensive construction insurance covering all masonry workers and materials throughout the duration of the project in Indonesia Jakarta. Proof of insurance must be submitted prior to the start date.
4.5 – The Buyer reserves the right to inspect Mason's manufacturing facilities and workshops in Indonesia Jakarta at any reasonable time with 48 hours' prior notice to verify quality control processes.
4.6 – Late delivery beyond the specified date of 15 July 2025 shall incur a penalty of 0.5% of the total Purchase Order value per calendar day, capped at 10% of the total value.
4.7 – This Purchase Order becomes effective upon signature by both parties and remains valid until 15 August 2025 unless extended in writing by mutual agreement.
This Purchase Order has been reviewed and approved by the undersigned authorized representatives of both parties. By signing below, both PT Nusantara Development Group and Mason Construction & Masonry Services Co., Ltd. acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and specifications outlined in this document for the masonry construction project in Indonesia Jakarta.
