This Purchase Order is issued by Al-Nakheel Construction & Development Co. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Purchaser") to Ibrahim Al-Harbi Masonry Services (hereinafter referred to as the "Mason Contractor") for the execution of comprehensive masonry works at the Al-Shati Residential Tower project located in Saudi Arabia Jeddah. This Purchase Order governs all terms, conditions, scope of work, pricing, and obligations between the Purchaser and the Mason Contractor for the duration of the masonry phase of the project. The Mason Contractor shall perform all masonry activities in strict compliance with the Saudi Building Code (SBC), the specifications outlined in the project drawings, and all applicable regulations enforced by the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs in Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
The Mason Contractor is engaged to carry out the following masonry activities at the project site in Saudi Arabia Jeddah:
- Construction of load-bearing and non-load-bearing block walls (Levels 1 through 12) using 200mm x 200mm x 400mm concrete hollow blocks.
- Installation of precast concrete lintels, sills, and window headers at all designated openings.
- Application of cement mortar (1:4 mix ratio) for all blockwork joints, ensuring a minimum 10mm joint thickness.
- Construction of internal partition walls using 100mm lightweight aerated concrete blocks.
- Brickwork for the ground-floor podium, including decorative facing brickwork in the lobby area.
- Installation of steel reinforcement (rebar) within block cores and at all structural connections as per structural drawings.
- Application of waterproofing membrane to all masonry walls in wet areas (bathrooms, kitchens, and podium level).
- Finishing and curing of all masonry surfaces prior to handover to the plastering subcontractor.

- Validity: This Purchase Order is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. The Mason Contractor must confirm acceptance in writing within this period.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in monthly progress installments based on certified quantities of masonry work completed and approved by the Purchaser's site engineer. A 10% retention shall be withheld from each installment and released upon final completion and handover of all masonry works in Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
- Project Duration: The Mason Contractor shall complete all masonry activities within one hundred and twenty (120) calendar days from the commencement date. Delays beyond the agreed timeline, not attributable to force majeure, shall incur a penalty of 0.5% of the total Purchase Order value per day of delay, capped at 10%.
- Quality Standards: All masonry work must conform to SBC 301 (Masonry Structures) and SBC 304 (Concrete). The Mason Contractor shall provide material test certificates for all blocks, mortar, and reinforcement used on site in Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
- Insurance and Liability: The Mason Contractor shall maintain comprehensive general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage for all personnel engaged in masonry activities at the project site throughout the duration of this Purchase Order.
- Site Compliance: The Mason Contractor shall adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable to construction sites in Saudi Arabia Jeddah, including those issued by the Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority (SAGIA) and the local municipality.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Failing resolution within thirty days, the matter shall be referred to arbitration in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, in accordance with the rules of the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with fourteen (14) days' written notice in the event of material breach by the other party that remains uncured within the notice period.
