1. Scope of Purchase Order
This Purchase Order is issued by Al-Riyadh Development & Construction Co. Ltd. to Mason & Stone Works Trading Est. for the supply of masonry materials and the provision of qualified Mason (masonry craftsman) labor services for the construction of the Al-Nakheel Residential Complex, Phase II, located in the Al Olaya District, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This Purchase Order governs all terms, conditions, pricing, delivery schedules, and quality specifications associated with the masonry work to be executed at the project site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Mason services referenced herein include but are not limited to bricklaying, stone masonry, blockwork, plastering, and related structural masonry activities in full compliance with Saudi Building Code (SBC) standards and the specifications outlined in the project documentation.

3. Delivery & Site Location
All masonry materials and Mason labor services shall be delivered and executed at the Al-Nakheel Residential Complex construction site, Al Olaya District, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Supplier shall ensure that all deliveries are made within the project site boundaries in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, during approved working hours (06:00 to 18:00, Sunday through Thursday). The Mason workforce shall be present on-site at the Riyadh location no later than 06:30 each working day. All materials must be stored in accordance with Saudi Arabian General Environmental Authority (SAGIA) regulations and the site safety plan approved by the Riyadh Municipality.
4. Terms and Conditions
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order related to Mason services or masonry material supply in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, shall be resolved through the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA) in Riyadh.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of invoice submission, via bank transfer to the Supplier's designated account in Saudi Arabia. A 5% advance payment shall be released upon signing of this Purchase Order. Progress payments of 25% shall be made upon completion of each structural Mason phase as certified by the project engineer in Riyadh.
- Quality Standards: All masonry materials must comply with Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO) specifications. The Mason labor force must hold valid Saudi Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (HRSD) work permits and demonstrate a minimum of five (5) years of documented Mason experience. All Mason work shall conform to SBC 301 (Masonry Structures) and SBC 304 (Concrete Masonry).
- Warranty: The Supplier warrants that all Mason work and masonry materials shall be free from defects in workmanship and material for a period of two (2) years from the date of practical completion at the Riyadh site. Any defects identified within this warranty period shall be rectified at the Supplier's sole cost.
- Insurance: The Supplier shall maintain comprehensive general liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance covering all Mason personnel on-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with a minimum coverage of SAR 5,000,000 per occurrence.
- Penalties: In the event of delay in delivery of masonry materials or failure to deploy the agreed number of Mason workers at the Riyadh site, the Supplier shall pay liquidated damages of 0.5% of the total Purchase Order value per day of delay, up to a maximum of 10% of the total value.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with 14 (fourteen) days' written notice in the event of material breach. Upon termination, the Supplier shall be compensated for all Mason work completed and materials delivered to the Riyadh site up to the date of termination.
- Compliance: The Supplier shall comply with all applicable Saudi Arabian labor laws, environmental regulations, and municipal bylaws of Riyadh. All Mason workers must be registered in the Qafila system and hold valid Iqama (residence permit) documents.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations under this Purchase Order due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government directives in Saudi Arabia, or pandemics, provided that written notice is given within 48 hours of the event.
5. Acceptance & Authorization
This Purchase Order becomes effective upon signature by both parties. By signing below, the parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this Purchase Order for the Mason services and masonry material supply in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
