Terms and Conditions – Purchase Order MASON-BCN-2025-04782
- This Purchase Order is issued by Barcelona Metropolitan Development Corp. and is directed to Mason Construction & Building Supplies S.L. for the supply of construction materials and equipment for the Barcelona Metro Extension Phase III project located in Spain Barcelona.
- All materials supplied under this Purchase Order must comply with the current Spanish building regulations (Código Técnico de la Edificación) and the specific municipal codes of Barcelona, Spain. Mason shall provide all necessary certification documents, material test reports, and conformity declarations prior to delivery.
- Mason shall deliver all items to the designated construction site in Zona Franca, Barcelona, Spain, no later than 05 July 2025. Late delivery shall incur a penalty of 0.5% of the total Purchase Order value per calendar day of delay, up to a maximum of 10%.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by Mason within 45 days of receipt of a valid invoice. The invoice must reference this Purchase Order number (MASON-BCN-2025-04782) and include the VAT registration number of Mason Construction & Building Supplies S.L.
- Mason warrants that all goods supplied are new, of first quality, and free from defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty period shall be a minimum of 24 months from the date of delivery in Spain Barcelona.
- Any modifications, substitutions, or changes to the scope of this Purchase Order must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. Mason shall not proceed with any altered specifications without prior written authorization from the Buyer.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of Spain, and any disputes arising from its execution shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
- Mason shall maintain adequate insurance coverage for all materials in transit and on-site throughout the duration of this Purchase Order, with a minimum liability of €2,000,000 per occurrence.
- All packaging and labeling must be in Spanish and comply with the European Union regulations for construction products (CPR – Construction Products Regulation). Mason shall ensure that all products bear the CE marking where applicable.
- This Purchase Order becomes effective upon signature by both parties and remains valid until the completion of all deliveries and acceptance of goods by the Buyer's site supervisor in Barcelona, Spain.
