1. This Purchase Order is issued by Ankara Construction & Development Group A.Ş. and governs the procurement of Mason services and masonry materials for the residential construction project located in Etimesgut District, Ankara, Turkey. All work shall comply with the Turkish Building Code (TBDY 2018) and Ankara Metropolitan Municipality zoning regulations.
2. The Mason team assigned to this Purchase Order must hold valid Turkish work permits and demonstrate a minimum of ten (10) years of documented masonry experience. The lead Mason shall be present on-site during all working hours to supervise the masonry crew and ensure compliance with approved structural drawings.
3. All masonry materials (bricks, mortar, and steel ties) must be delivered to the Ankara project site in Etimesgut by the required delivery date of 05 July 2025. Late delivery beyond five (5) business days shall incur a penalty of 0.5% of the affected line-item value per day.
4. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account in Turkey within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice and completion of the corresponding milestone. The supplier must provide a proforma invoice referencing this Purchase Order number (PO-ANK-2025-04871) prior to dispatch.
5. The Mason services are subject to a twelve-month warranty period from the date of final acceptance. Any masonry defects, including but not limited to cracking, efflorescence, or bond failure, discovered within this warranty period shall be rectified at no additional cost to the buyer.
6. The supplier shall maintain full liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage for all Mason personnel working on the Ankara site. Certificates of insurance must be submitted prior to the commencement of masonry work.
7. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Ankara in accordance with the rules of the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce Arbitration Center.
8. The supplier acknowledges that all masonry work performed under this Purchase Order in Turkey Ankara must adhere to environmental regulations set forth by the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, including proper disposal of masonry waste and dust control measures.
• The Mason crew is expected to begin on-site work on 16 June 2025 at 08:00 AM. A pre-commencement safety briefing will be conducted by the Ankara site safety officer.
• All masonry work shall be inspected at each floor level before proceeding to the next. The buyer's structural engineer must sign off on each masonry stage.
• Weather delays (rain, extreme heat above 40°C, or high winds exceeding 60 km/h) in Ankara shall be documented and may extend the delivery and completion timeline by up to ten (10) business days without penalty.
• The supplier must provide a detailed Mason work schedule and material delivery plan within five (5) business days of accepting this Purchase Order. Authorized by (Buyer):
