This Purchase Order is issued by SARD to formally engage the services of a qualified Mathematician, Dr. Yacine Kaci, for the purpose of providing advanced mathematical consulting, research support, and analytical modeling services. The Mathematician shall perform all duties and deliverables within the city of Algiers, Algeria, at the SARD headquarters located in the Hydra district. This Purchase Order governs the full scope of the professional engagement, including but not limited to the development of mathematical frameworks, statistical analysis, optimization algorithms, and the preparation of technical reports for the Algerian national research program.

The Mathematician is expected to possess a minimum of a Doctorate in Mathematics or a closely related field, with at least ten (10) years of professional experience in applied mathematics, numerical analysis, or mathematical modeling. The Mathematician shall comply with all applicable Algerian labor regulations, professional codes of conduct, and data protection laws as stipulated by the Algerian government.

5.1 Delivery and Performance Location: All services under this Purchase Order shall be rendered at the SARD premises in Algiers, Algeria, or at such other location within the Algiers metropolitan area as mutually agreed upon in writing by both parties.

5.2 Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in three (3) equal installments: 40% upon signing of this Purchase Order, 40% upon completion of the midpoint deliverables, and 20% upon final acceptance of all work by the SARD Director of Research. Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the Mathematician's designated account in Algeria within fifteen (15) business days of invoice submission.

5.3 Intellectual Property: All mathematical models, algorithms, reports, and publications produced by the Mathematician under this Purchase Order shall be the exclusive property of SARD. The Mathematician retains the right to reference the work in academic contexts, subject to prior written approval from SARD.

5.4 Confidentiality: The Mathematician agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary data, research findings, and internal documents of SARD. This obligation shall survive the termination of this Purchase Order for a period of five (5) years.

5.5 Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, SARD shall compensate the Mathematician for all services rendered up to the date of termination.

5.6 Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Algerian People's Democratic Republic, particularly the Algerian Commercial Code and the Code of Obligations and Contracts. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Algiers, Algeria.

5.7 Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations under this Purchase Order due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government mandates, or public health emergencies affecting the Algiers region.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and specifications outlined in this Purchase Order. The Mathematician confirms availability to commence work within ten (10) business days of the date of this Purchase Order and agrees to dedicate the specified hours and resources exclusively to SARD during the engagement period.
