This Purchase Order is issued by Kabul Logistics & Transport Services to engage the services of Kabul Precision Mechanic Workshop for the comprehensive maintenance, repair, and overhaul of the company's fleet of 24 commercial vehicles operating within and around Kabul, Afghanistan. The mechanic services shall be performed at the KPMW workshop facility in Darulaman, Kabul, or on-site at the KLT depot in Karim Khan Road, Kabul, as directed by the Fleet Operations Manager.
The scope of work includes but is not limited to: engine diagnostics and repair, transmission servicing, brake system overhauls, suspension and steering component replacement, electrical system troubleshooting, tire and wheel alignment, preventive maintenance schedules (oil changes, filter replacements, coolant flushes), and emergency roadside mechanic support for vehicles stranded on the Kabul–Mazar-i-Sharif highway corridor.

All prices are quoted in Afghan Afghani (AFN) and are inclusive of all mechanic labor, genuine OEM parts, and workshop consumables. Exchange rate used: 1 USD = 300 AFN. Prices are valid for 90 days from the date of this Purchase Order.

6.1 Payment shall be made in three (3) installments: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Purchase Order, 40% upon completion of Phase 2, and 30% upon final acceptance of all mechanic services and delivery of the completed fleet.
6.2 All payments shall be transferred via bank wire to the supplier's account at Kabul Bank, Branch: Darulaman, Kabul, Afghanistan. Account No.: 0045-8821-3376-9901. SWIFT: KBLKAFKA.
6.3 Invoices must be submitted within five (5) business days of each phase completion. Payment will be processed within fifteen (15) business days of invoice receipt.
6.4 A 5% retention shall be held until the 90-day warranty period on all mechanic work has elapsed without defect.
7.1 This Purchase Order is governed by the commercial laws of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan. Any disputes arising from the execution of this mechanic services contract shall be resolved through arbitration in Kabul, Afghanistan, in accordance with the Afghan Arbitration Law.
7.2 The mechanic services provider (KPMW) warrants that all work performed shall be carried out by qualified, licensed mechanics with a minimum of five (5) years of experience in commercial vehicle repair. The lead mechanic, Mr. Najibullah Karimi, shall personally supervise all Phase 1 and Phase 2 work.
7.3 All parts used in the repair and maintenance of the KLT fleet shall be genuine OEM or approved equivalent. The supplier shall provide part traceability documentation with each invoice.
7.4 The supplier shall maintain a minimum of 24-hour emergency mechanic response capability within the Kabul metropolitan area for the duration of this Purchase Order.
7.5 The supplier shall comply with all environmental regulations of the Ministry of Energy and Water, Kabul, regarding the disposal of used oil, batteries, and hazardous automotive waste generated during mechanic operations.
7.6 Force majeure events, including but not limited to security disruptions in Kabul, Afghanistan, that prevent the performance of mechanic services shall extend the delivery schedule by the duration of the disruption, provided written notice is given within 48 hours.
7.7 This Purchase Order may not be assigned or subcontracted without the prior written consent of the Buyer.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and specifications outlined in this Purchase Order for mechanic services to be performed in Kabul, Afghanistan. This document constitutes a binding commercial agreement between the parties.
