This Purchase Order is issued by Kinshasa Industrial Transport Group to formally engage the services of a qualified Mechanic for the maintenance, repair, and operational support of the company's fleet of commercial vehicles operating within DR Congo Kinshasa. The Mechanic shall be responsible for all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks, diagnostic assessments, engine overhauls, transmission repairs, electrical system troubleshooting, and preventive servicing of the vehicles listed in Annex A of this Purchase Order.
The Mechanic shall operate from the designated workshop located at 27 Boulevard Lumumba, Matonge, Kinshasa, DR Congo, and shall be available on-site at the KITG depot in Gombe, Kinshasa, during standard business hours (Monday through Saturday, 07:00 to 17:00) for a minimum of six (6) months commencing 1 July 2025.

TOTAL AMOUNT DUE: USD 16,190.00 (Sixteen Thousand One Hundred Ninety US Dollars)
Payment for this Purchase Order shall be made in United States Dollars (USD) via bank transfer to the Mechanic's designated account at the Commercial Bank of the Congo (BCC), Kinshasa branch. The payment schedule is as follows:
- 30% advance payment (USD 4,857.00) due upon signing of this Purchase Order, no later than 20 June 2025.
- 40% interim payment (USD 6,476.00) due upon completion of the third month of service, subject to satisfactory performance review.
- 30% final payment (USD 4,857.00) due upon successful completion of the full six-month engagement and submission of the final technical report.
All payments are subject to the applicable tax regulations of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, including the withholding tax on service fees as governed by the Direction Générale des Impôts (DGI) in Kinshasa.
- The Mechanic shall comply with all occupational health and safety standards applicable in DR Congo Kinshasa, including those issued by the Ministry of Labour and Social Security.
- All parts and materials used in repairs shall be of original equipment manufacturer (OEM) quality or approved equivalent, and shall be sourced from authorized suppliers within Kinshasa or imported through legal channels.
- The Mechanic shall maintain full professional liability insurance coverage for the duration of this Purchase Order, with a minimum coverage of USD 50,000 per incident.
- Any work not explicitly listed in this Purchase Order shall require a written change order signed by both parties before execution.
- The Mechanic shall ensure that all repairs are completed within the agreed timelines. Delays exceeding 48 hours (excluding parts availability) shall incur a penalty of 2% of the affected line item per day of delay.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent commercial courts of Kinshasa, DR Congo.
- The Mechanic shall not subcontract any portion of the work described in this Purchase Order without prior written consent from KITG management.
- Confidentiality: The Mechanic shall treat all fleet data, operational schedules, and proprietary information of KITG as strictly confidential throughout and for two (2) years following the termination of this Purchase Order.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and obligations set forth in this Purchase Order for the engagement of the Mechanic in DR Congo Kinshasa. This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement effective from the date of the last signature.
