- 4.1 This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Supplier upon signature by both parties. All mechanic services and equipment deliveries shall be performed in strict accordance with the specifications outlined in this document.
- 4.2 All mechanic personnel assigned under this Purchase Order must hold valid Qatar Ministry of Labour work permits, professional mechanic certifications recognized by the Qatar Standards Authority (QSA), and a minimum of five (5) years of documented experience in automotive repair and maintenance.
- 4.3 The Supplier shall ensure that all equipment delivered to the Doha workshop is new, factory-sealed, and accompanied by valid manufacturer warranties of no less than two (2) years. Any defective items must be replaced within seven (7) calendar days at the Supplier's sole expense.
- 4.4 Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the Supplier's designated account in Qatar within thirty (30) days of receipt of a valid tax invoice. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Qatar commercial law.
- 4.5 The Supplier is responsible for all logistics, transportation, and customs clearance of equipment within the State of Qatar. Delivery to the specified Doha address must be completed no later than 28 June 2025.
- 4.6 All mechanic services must comply with the Occupational Safety and Health regulations enforced by the Ministry of Labour in Qatar. The Supplier shall provide all necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) for its mechanic staff.
- 4.7 The Buyer reserves the right to inspect and reject any mechanic service or equipment that does not meet the agreed-upon quality standards. Rejected items must be rectified or replaced within ten (10) business days.
- 4.8 This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through the Doha Commercial Court or, at the Buyer's discretion, through arbitration under the Qatar International Arbitration Centre (QIAC).
- 4.9 The Supplier shall maintain comprehensive third-party liability insurance with a minimum coverage of QAR 5,000,000 for all mechanic operations conducted on the Buyer's premises in Doha.
- 4.10 Any amendments to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by authorized representatives of both parties. Verbal modifications shall hold no legal validity.
All equipment and materials referenced in this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the Buyer's facility at Industrial Area, Zone 3, Doha, Qatar, between the hours of 08:00 and 16:00 (Qatar Standard Time, UTC+3), Monday through Friday. The Buyer's designated receiving officer, Mr. Khalid Al-Mansoori, shall inspect all deliveries upon arrival and issue a signed Delivery Acceptance Certificate. Mechanic personnel shall report to the Doha workshop on the first business day following the contract commencement date, 16 June 2025, and shall adhere to the standard working hours of 08:00 to 16:30, with a one-hour break, in accordance with Qatar labor regulations.
Note: The Buyer requires that all mechanic staff assigned under this Purchase Order complete a mandatory onboarding safety induction specific to the Doha workshop environment before commencing any hands-on work. The Supplier shall coordinate this induction with the Buyer's Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) department no later than 15 June 2025. Additionally, all mechanic diagnostic equipment must be pre-configured with the latest firmware updates compatible with vehicle models prevalent in the Qatar Doha market, including but not limited to Toyota, Nissan, Hyundai, and Mercedes-Benz models.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and specifications set forth in this Purchase Order for the provision of mechanic services and equipment in Doha, Qatar.
