1. This Purchase Order is issued by Al-Riyadh Automotive Services & Maintenance Co., Ltd. for the procurement of Mechanic services, tools, parts, and related supplies to be delivered and executed at our facility in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. All work must comply with the regulations set forth by the Saudi Ministry of Industry and Technology and the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO).
2. The Mechanic personnel assigned under this Purchase Order must hold valid Saudi Arabian professional licenses and certifications. All technicians must present their Iqama (residence permit) and professional trade license for verification prior to commencing work at the Riyadh site.
3. Delivery of all physical goods (tools, parts, safety equipment) shall be made to the buyer's warehouse at King Fahd Road, Al Olaya District, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, no later than 20 June 2025. Service-based line items (mechanic labor, training) shall be completed by 30 June 2025.
4. Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account within Saudi Arabia within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice and confirmation of satisfactory completion of all line items. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Saudi commercial law.
5. The supplier, Al-Nakheel Mechanic & Technical Solutions LLC, warrants that all parts and components supplied under this Purchase Order are new, genuine, and free from defects for a minimum period of ninety (90) days from the date of installation. Any defective items must be replaced at no additional cost to the buyer.
6. All Mechanic work performed under this Purchase Order must adhere to the manufacturer's service manuals and Saudi Arabian environmental regulations regarding waste oil disposal and hazardous material handling in the Riyadh metropolitan area.
7. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from this document shall be resolved through the competent courts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, or through arbitration under the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA).
8. The supplier shall maintain comprehensive liability insurance covering all Mechanic personnel and equipment while operating on the buyer's premises in Riyadh. A certificate of insurance must be submitted prior to the start date.
9. Any modifications, amendments, or cancellations to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by authorized representatives of both parties. Verbal agreements shall not be binding.
10. This Purchase Order becomes effective upon signature by both parties and remains valid until the completion date specified herein, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the terms stated above.
