This Purchase Order is issued by Al-Ahmadi Industrial Engineering & Consulting Co. Ltd., headquartered in Egypt Alexandria, to procure the professional services of a qualified Mechanical Engineer for the design, analysis, and supervision of the HVAC and industrial piping systems for the new textile manufacturing facility located in the 10th of Ramadan Industrial Area, Egypt Alexandria. The Mechanical Engineer shall be responsible for all mechanical design deliverables, including but not limited to: system schematics, load calculations, material specifications, equipment selection, and on-site installation supervision. The Mechanical Engineer must hold a valid professional license issued by the Egyptian Engineers Syndicate and possess a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in industrial mechanical systems within the Egypt Alexandria region or comparable industrial zones.

Payment shall be made in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account at National Bank of Egypt, Alexandria Branch. The payment schedule for this Purchase Order is as follows: thirty percent (30%) upon acceptance of this Purchase Order and commencement of the Mechanical Engineer's design phase; forty percent (40%) upon completion and approval of all design deliverables and submission of the piping and HVAC layout drawings; and the remaining thirty percent (30%) upon successful commissioning, final inspection, and delivery of the as-built documentation package. All invoices must reference this Purchase Order number (PO-2025-0487) and shall be submitted to the Accounts Department at Al-Ahmadi Industrial Engineering, Egypt Alexandria, no later than the fifth (5th) business day of the following month.
5. Terms and Conditions- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and any disputes arising from its execution shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Egypt Alexandria.
- The Mechanical Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order shall comply with all applicable Egyptian building codes, the Egyptian Civil Defense regulations, and the standards set forth by the Egyptian Organization for Standardization and Quality (EOS) relevant to mechanical and HVAC installations.
- The supplier shall ensure that the Mechanical Engineer maintains valid professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of EGP 5,000,000 for the entire duration of the engagement in Egypt Alexandria.
- All deliverables, including design drawings, calculations, and reports produced by the Mechanical Engineer, shall become the exclusive property of Al-Ahmadi Industrial Engineering & Consulting Co. Ltd. upon full payment.
- The Mechanical Engineer shall report to the Project Manager at the Egypt Alexandria site no later than 08:00 AM on each working day and shall submit a daily progress report by 17:00.
- Any change in scope, additional services, or extension of the Mechanical Engineer's engagement beyond the terms specified in this Purchase Order shall require a written Change Order signed by both parties prior to execution.
- The supplier shall be liable for any delays caused by the Mechanical Engineer's failure to meet the agreed milestones. A penalty of 0.5% of the total Purchase Order value per day of delay shall apply, up to a maximum of 10%.
- This Purchase Order shall remain valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Failure to accept within this period shall render this document null and void.
