This Purchase Order is issued by Groupe Industriel Parisien S.A. to procure the professional services of a qualified Mechanical Engineer to be deployed at our operational facility located in France Paris. The Mechanical Engineer shall be responsible for the design, analysis, testing, and commissioning of industrial mechanical systems, including but not limited to hydraulic assemblies, pneumatic control units, and precision manufacturing equipment. The engagement is structured under French labor and commercial law, and all deliverables must comply with the European Union Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC) as transposed into French national legislation.
The Mechanical Engineer shall hold a minimum of a Diplôme d'Ingénieur (DIPLOME) from a recognized French engineering school (Grand École) or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Commission des Titres d'Ingénieur (CTI). The professional must demonstrate a minimum of eight (8) years of hands-on experience in industrial mechanical design and project management within the France Paris metropolitan area or equivalent European industrial zones.

- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding commercial agreement between Groupe Industriel Parisien S.A. and BIMP SARL, governed exclusively by the laws of the French Republic. Any dispute arising from this Purchase Order shall be submitted to the competent commercial court of Paris (Tribunal de Commerce de Paris).
- The Mechanical Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order shall work exclusively at the designated France Paris site unless prior written authorization is granted by the Project Director of Groupe Industriel Parisien S.A.
- All intellectual property, designs, calculations, and documentation produced by the Mechanical Engineer during the term of this Purchase Order shall remain the exclusive property of Groupe Industriel Parisien S.A. upon full payment.
- The Mechanical Engineer shall comply with all applicable French occupational health and safety regulations (Code du travail, Livre IV) and site-specific safety protocols in force at the France Paris facility.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer (virement bancaire) to the account designated by BIMP SARL within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate prescribed by Article L441-10 of the French Commercial Code.
- This Purchase Order may be terminated by either party with a written notice of thirty (30) days. In the event of termination, the Mechanical Engineer's services shall be compensated pro-rata for the period actually rendered.
- All communications regarding this Purchase Order shall be conducted in French, with English translations provided for technical documentation as specified in Line Item 05.
- The Mechanical Engineer shall maintain continuous professional liability insurance (assurance responsabilité civile professionnelle) with a minimum coverage of €5,000,000 throughout the duration of this Purchase Order.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and accept the terms, conditions, and scope of work defined in this Purchase Order for the engagement of a Mechanical Engineer at the France Paris operational site.
