This Purchase Order is issued by Al-Najah Engineering & Consulting Co. Ltd. to procure the professional services of a qualified Mechanical Engineer to be deployed at the client's industrial facility located in Saudi Arabia, Riyadh. The Mechanical Engineer shall be responsible for the design review, performance optimization, and maintenance oversight of HVAC systems, industrial piping networks, and rotating equipment at the Al Olaya manufacturing plant. 4.1 This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Al-Najah Engineering & Consulting Co. Ltd. (hereinafter "the Buyer") and PTS Co. Ltd. (hereinafter "the Supplier") for the provision of Mechanical Engineer services in Saudi Arabia, Riyadh.
4.2 The Mechanical Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution, possess a valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration, and have a minimum of five (5) years of relevant industrial experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
4.3 The Supplier shall ensure full compliance with the Saudi Labor Law, the Anti-Discrimination Law, and all municipal regulations applicable to the city of Riyadh. All work permits, Iqama documents, and professional licenses for the Mechanical Engineer must be valid for the entire contract duration.
4.4 The Mechanical Engineer shall report to the Buyer's site manager at the Al Olaya District facility, Riyadh, on a Monday-through-Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, in accordance with the standard working week in Saudi Arabia.
4.5 Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the Supplier's designated account in Saudi Riyals (SAR) within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid VAT invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Saudi commercial law.
4.6 The Supplier warrants that the Mechanical Engineer shall not be engaged in any competing project within the Riyadh metropolitan area during the term of this Purchase Order without prior written consent from the Buyer.
4.7 Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Buyer shall compensate the Supplier for all services rendered up to the effective date of termination.
4.8 All disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent courts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, in accordance with the Saudi Arbitration and Dispute Resolution Center (SADRA) regulations.
4.9 This Purchase Order is subject to the General Conditions of Contract (GCC) issued by the Saudi Ministry of Finance and the applicable provisions of the Saudi Civil Transactions Law (Royal Decree No. M/191).
The Mechanical Engineer shall commence duties no later than 1 July 2025 at the designated facility in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Supplier shall provide the Buyer with a copy of the Mechanical Engineer's CV, SCE registration certificate, and valid passport at least seven (7) business days prior to the commencement date.
