The selected Mechanical Engineer shall be responsible for ensuring all mechanical installations comply with the national standards of the Republic of Uzbekistan, including but not limited to the SNiP regulations and the requirements set forth by the State Committee for Architecture and Construction of Uzbekistan.

The Mechanical Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order shall perform the following duties at the designated site in Tashkent, Uzbekistan:

• Prepare detailed mechanical design drawings, calculations, and specifications for all mechanical systems within the Tashkent Industrial Park Expansion Project, ensuring full compliance with the building codes and engineering standards of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
• Conduct a comprehensive structural integrity assessment of all existing mechanical equipment, including boilers, compressors, conveyors, and rotating machinery currently operational at the Tashkent facility.
• Provide full-time on-site supervision of all mechanical installation and commissioning activities for a period of six (6) months, reporting directly to the Project Director based in Tashkent.
• Prepare and submit all technical documentation, compliance certificates, and as-built drawings in both English and Uzbek languages as required by the State Committee for Architecture and Construction of Uzbekistan.
• Coordinate with local subcontractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities in Tashkent to ensure timely procurement of mechanical components and adherence to project schedules.
• Attend weekly progress meetings held at the UzMech Engineering Solutions LLP headquarters in Tashkent and provide written progress reports every Friday.

1. This Purchase Order is governed by the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and applicable commercial regulations in force in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration at the International Arbitration Centre of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan, located in Tashkent.
2. The Mechanical Engineer shall possess a minimum of ten (10) years of professional experience in mechanical engineering, a valid professional engineering license recognized in Uzbekistan, and demonstrated experience working on industrial projects in Central Asia.
3. All work performed under this Purchase Order shall take place at the project site in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties. The Mechanical Engineer shall be responsible for obtaining any necessary work permits or temporary residence registrations required by the authorities of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
4. Payment shall be made in United States Dollars (USD) via bank transfer to the account specified above. Invoices shall be submitted monthly, and payment shall be processed within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month.
5. The supplier shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of USD 500,000 for the duration of the engagement, valid in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
6. Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of termination, the Mechanical Engineer shall be compensated for all work completed and documented up to the date of termination.
7. All intellectual property, design documents, and technical data produced under this Purchase Order shall become the exclusive property of UzMech Engineering Solutions LLP upon full payment.
8. The supplier warrants that the Mechanical Engineer assigned to this Purchase Order shall not be engaged in any conflicting project in Tashkent or elsewhere in Uzbekistan during the term of this engagement.
9. This Purchase Order becomes effective upon signature by both parties and remains valid for the duration of the project or until all obligations have been fulfilled, whichever is later.
