This Purchase Order is issued by Al-Rayan Industrial Solutions W.L.L. to procure the professional services of a qualified Mechatronics Engineer to be deployed at the buyer's operational facilities located in Qatar Doha. The Mechatronics Engineer shall be responsible for the design, integration, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance of automated production lines, robotic assembly systems, and industrial control networks at the buyer's manufacturing plant in the Doha Industrial Zone.

The Mechatronics Engineer must hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution, with a minimum of eight (8) years of progressive experience in industrial automation, PLC programming (Siemens S7, Allen-Bradley), SCADA systems, robotic cell integration (FANUC, KUKA, ABB), and predictive maintenance of electromechanical systems. The Mechatronics Engineer must also possess valid professional certification recognized by the Qatar Ministry of Labour and the Qatar Standards Authority (QSA).

1. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the State of Qatar and the Qatar Commercial Law. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Doha, Qatar, in accordance with the rules of the Qatar International Arbitration Centre (QIAC).
2. The Mechatronics Engineer shall comply with all Qatar Labour Law provisions, including working hours, rest periods, and occupational health and safety standards as enforced by the Qatar Ministry of Labour.
3. The Supplier shall ensure that the Mechatronics Engineer holds a valid Qatar work permit, residence visa, and professional registration prior to commencing work in Qatar Doha. All visa and permit costs are included in the unit rates stated above.
4. Payment terms: 30% advance upon signing of this Purchase Order, 40% upon successful commissioning and acceptance of the mechatronic systems, and 30% upon completion of the full maintenance and training period. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the Supplier's designated account in QAR.
5. The Mechatronics Engineer shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary designs, process parameters, and operational data of the buyer's facility in Doha. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is attached as Annex A to this Purchase Order.
6. Any changes to the scope of work, duration, or deliverables must be documented in a formal Change Order signed by both parties before implementation. No additional charges shall apply without prior written approval under this Purchase Order.
7. The Supplier warrants that the Mechatronics Engineer's services shall be performed in a professional, workmanlike manner in accordance with international mechatronic engineering standards (IEC 61508, IEC 62443) and Qatar National Standards.
8. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated shutdowns, or pandemics affecting operations in Qatar Doha.
9. This Purchase Order is valid for acceptance within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issue. Failure to accept within this period shall render this Purchase Order null and void.

The Mechatronics Engineer shall report to the buyer's site at the Doha Industrial Zone, Qatar, no later than 01 August 2025. Acceptance of services shall be confirmed in writing by the buyer's Project Manager within ten (10) business days of the completion of each milestone. The buyer reserves the right to reject any deliverable that does not meet the specifications outlined in this Purchase Order, and the Supplier shall rectify deficiencies at no additional cost within five (5) business days of notification.
