This Purchase Order is issued by Al Noor Industrial Solutions LLC for the procurement of professional engineering services in the form of a full-time Mechatronics Engineer to be deployed at our manufacturing and automation facility located in the Khalifa Industrial Zone 1 (KIZ1), Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The Mechatronics Engineer shall be responsible for the design, integration, testing, and maintenance of electromechanical systems, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), industrial robotics, and automated production lines within the buyer's operational premises in Abu Dhabi.

The supplier, Emirates Technical Talent Agency FZ, is hereby engaged to source, vet, and place a qualified Mechatronics Engineer who meets the minimum competency standards outlined in Section 3 of this Purchase Order. All recruitment, visa processing, and onboarding activities shall be conducted in full compliance with the labour laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates, specifically those applicable to the emirate of Abu Dhabi.

The Mechatronics Engineer procured under this Purchase Order must satisfy the following minimum requirements:

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related discipline from an accredited university.
• A minimum of five (5) years of progressive professional experience in mechatronic system design, industrial automation, and robotics integration, preferably within the United Arab Emirates or the broader Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region.
• Demonstrated proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens S7, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi), SCADA systems, HMI design, and industrial network protocols (PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, Modbus).
• Working knowledge of CAD/CAM software including SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and ANSYS for mechanical and structural analysis.
• Valid professional engineering certification or registration recognized by the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development (DED) or the relevant UAE regulatory authority.
• Fluency in English; working proficiency in Arabic is considered a strong advantage for this role based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
• Current and valid UAE residence visa or eligibility for immediate visa transfer (kafala transfer) in accordance with Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021 on the Regulation of Labour Relations.

All amounts are denominated in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED). Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated corporate account. The initial recruitment and visa fees (Items 1, 2, and 5) are due within fourteen (14) calendar days of the acceptance of this Purchase Order. The monthly engineering service fee (Item 3) shall be invoiced on the first business day of each month and is payable within thirty (30) days of invoice receipt. The annual professional development fee (Item 4) is payable in a single instalment upon commencement of the contract year.

The supplier shall ensure that the Mechatronics Engineer is fully onboarded, visa-cleared, and reporting for duty at the buyer's facility in Khalifa Industrial Zone 1, Abu Dhabi, no later than thirty (30) calendar days from the date of acceptance of this Purchase Order. The initial contract term for the Mechatronics Engineer is twelve (12) months, renewable by mutual written agreement. The Mechatronics Engineer shall work a standard schedule of forty (40) hours per week, Monday through Friday, in accordance with UAE labour regulations and the buyer's internal operational policies.

• This Purchase Order is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with specific reference to the civil and commercial codes applicable in the emirate of Abu Dhabi.
• Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the Abu Dhabi Courts of First Instance, or alternatively through arbitration administered by the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) Arbitration Centre, at the buyer's sole discretion.
• The supplier warrants that the Mechatronics Engineer placed under this Purchase Order shall not be subject to any non-compete or non-solicitation obligations that would restrict the engineer's ability to perform duties for the buyer in Abu Dhabi.
• The buyer reserves the right to terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice in the event of material non-performance, gross negligence, or breach of UAE labour and immigration regulations by the supplier or the Mechatronics Engineer.
• All intellectual property, designs, code, and documentation produced by the Mechatronics Engineer during the course of engagement under this Purchase Order shall be the sole and exclusive property of Al Noor Industrial Solutions LLC.
• The supplier shall maintain all necessary professional indemnity and liability insurance coverage valid in the United Arab Emirates for the duration of this Purchase Order.
• Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated shutdowns, or acts of war affecting the Abu Dhabi region.

This Purchase Order becomes effective upon written acceptance by both parties.
