Note: All items listed in this Purchase Order are specifically procured to support the ongoing clinical and molecular research programme led by Dr. Amel Benali, Senior Medical Researcher, at the INRM laboratory in Algiers. The equipment and reagents are essential for the 2025–2027 Algerian National Cancer Genomics Study (Project MRG-ALG-2025-012) and must comply with Algerian Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research (MESRS) import and safety regulations. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Delivery Location: All goods shall be delivered to the INRM laboratory, 12 Rue des Martyrs, Hydra, 16000 Algiers, Algeria. Delivery must be completed no later than 30 July 2025.
Payment Terms: Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account within 30 days of receipt and acceptance of all items. A 10% advance payment (1,580,915.00 DZD) is due upon signing of this Purchase Order.
Warranty: All capital equipment (items 1, 2, 3, 7) carries a minimum 24-month manufacturer warranty from the date of installation in Algiers. Consumables (items 4–6, 8) are covered by a 12-month shelf-life guarantee.
Compliance: The supplier warrants that all products conform to Algerian regulatory standards set by the Algerian Agency for Medicines and Medical Devices (ANSM) and the Algerian Standards Office (ONS). Import permits, where applicable, shall be arranged by the supplier at no additional cost to the buyer.
Installation & Training: The supplier shall provide on-site installation of all capital equipment at the Algiers laboratory and a minimum of 8 hours of hands-on training for the Medical Researcher team and laboratory technicians.
Acceptance: The buyer reserves the right to inspect and test all delivered items within 10 business days of arrival. Any non-conforming goods must be replaced or refunded within 15 business days of written notice.
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government sanctions, or port closures affecting the Port of Algiers.
Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent commercial courts of Algiers.
Confidentiality: The supplier acknowledges that the research data and protocols associated with this Purchase Order are confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without written consent from the Medical Researcher and the INRM Director.
