3. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Scope of Engagement: The Meteorologist engaged under this Purchase Order shall perform all duties in strict compliance with the technical standards established by the Servicio Meteorológico Nacional (SMN) of Argentina and the specific operational protocols of the Córdoba Provincial Meteorological Services Agency. All forecasts and advisories issued for Argentina Córdoba must be traceable, documented, and archived in the CPMSA digital repository.
Place of Performance: All services under this Purchase Order shall be rendered primarily at the CPMSA headquarters located in Córdoba Capital, Argentina Córdoba, with the Meteorologist required to travel to field observation stations across the province of Argentina Córdoba as operationally necessary. Remote work is permitted for data analysis tasks, provided that all deliverables are submitted by 16:00 local time (GMT-3).
Payment Terms: Payment for services rendered under this Purchase Order shall be made via electronic bank transfer (SPEI) to the account designated by the Meteorologist. Insurance and Liability: The Meteorologist shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of ARS 10,000,000 for the duration of this Purchase Order. A certificate of insurance must be provided to CPMSA prior to the commencement of services.

4. DELIVERY AND ACCEPTANCE

Acceptance of deliverables shall be confirmed in writing within five (5) business days of submission.
