This Purchase Order is issued by the Atmospheric Sciences & Climate Consulting Division to formally engage the services of a qualified Meteorologist for the provision of comprehensive meteorological consulting, atmospheric data analysis, and climate risk assessment services. The Meteorologist engaged under this Purchase Order shall operate primarily out of the Morocco Casablanca metropolitan area and shall deliver all outputs in accordance with the specifications outlined in this document and the attached Statement of Work (SOW-2025-112).
The Meteorologist is required to provide real-time weather forecasting, seasonal climate outlooks, and severe weather advisory services tailored to the specific geographic and climatic conditions of Morocco Casablanca and the surrounding Greater Casablanca-Settat region. All deliverables produced by the Meteorologist under this Purchase Order must comply with the standards set forth by the Moroccan Meteorological Authority (Direction de la Météorologie Nationale) and international meteorological guidelines established by the World Meteorological Organization (WMO).

4.1 This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the issuing organization and the Meteorologist named herein. All services rendered under this Purchase Order shall be performed in full compliance with Moroccan labor law, professional meteorological regulations, and the specific terms stated in this document.
4.2 The Meteorologist shall maintain all necessary professional certifications, including the active Meteorologist license issued by the Moroccan Meteorological Authority, for the entire duration of this Purchase Order. Any lapse in certification must be reported to the procurement office within 48 hours.
4.3 All meteorological data, forecasts, and analytical reports produced by the Meteorologist under this Purchase Order shall be the exclusive intellectual property of the issuing organization. The Meteorologist shall not reproduce, distribute, or publish any deliverables without prior written authorization.
4.4 The Meteorologist is required to conduct all on-site activities, data collection, and client meetings within the Morocco Casablanca metropolitan area unless otherwise agreed in writing. Travel expenses for engagements outside the Morocco Casablanca boundary shall be billed separately at cost.
4.5 Payment shall be processed within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice from the Meteorologist. Invoices must reference this Purchase Order number (AC-2025-0748) and include the Meteorologist's ICE tax identification number.
4.6 The Meteorologist shall provide a minimum of seventy-two (72) hours' written notice before any absence from scheduled service delivery. Failure to meet this notice requirement may result in a service credit of 2% of the affected line item per day of unexcused absence.
4.7 This Purchase Order may be terminated by either party with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Meteorologist shall deliver all completed work product and raw data to the issuing organization within fourteen (14) days of the termination effective date.
4.8 Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent commercial courts of Morocco Casablanca, in accordance with the Moroccan Code of Commerce.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this Purchase Order. The Meteorologist confirms that all services described herein will be delivered with professional competence, accuracy, and in full adherence to the meteorological standards applicable in Morocco Casablanca.

This Purchase Order (AC-2025-0748) is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. All services are to be rendered in and around Morocco Casablanca unless otherwise specified. The Meteorologist engaged under this Purchase Order is responsible for maintaining professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of 2,000,000 MAD throughout the contract period.
